Access Ford performed a Ford recall service on my truck. The first time I drove the truck I had the first error code my truck has ever shown. We saw a truck online and was able to set up an appointment and go test drive it the next day. We worked with Ray Ortiz, and he was great. There was no pressure to buy. Although, I did not like the appointment and go test drive it the next day. We worked with Ray Ortiz, and he was great. There was no pressure to buy. Although, I did not like the back and forth during the negotiations and how they got to the final number. We did end up purchasing the truck that night. This dealership is always so accommodating. Bel set up the appointment for the Mobile Unit to come to my house to do the oil and filter change, which was SO nice. The engine check light came on the next day and Bel worked me right in. It is just a lose connection. Everyone, especially Ms Bel, made sure I was ok, had some coffee.
