Service provider didn't care one bit about my problems with a NEW truck with 5k miles. Blown engine at 5k miles. No remorse or empathy. No metal or support in anyway. Sales person was great, made the deal and was done in a very short time, however the finance department really drug their feet. 2 weeks after buy the vehicle they still hadn’t completed the financing.
