Brought my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica in for an oil change. They folks are always friendly and they did a full inspection of the van. It has 85K miles and they said it needs back brakes. I wouldn't ever buy nothing from them again because they never contact you back and the vehicle had all kind of problems I owe for the next 75 months and within 10 minutes of driving off their lot my airbag never contact you back and the vehicle had all kind of problems I owe for the next 75 months and within 10 minutes of driving off their lot my airbag light was on and my sliding door opens and closes why I'm going down the interstate and they tell me that I was a liar and that that was never reduplicated when I have home surveillance video showing that it did it so if you're going to buy from somebody I suggest you look for somebody else because after they sell it to you they don't want to deal with you I have to call from different phone numbers to be able to get a person because mine automatically goes to the answering machine and I have videos to prove that the door does it and my airbag light is still on More
I brought my truck in for a warranty repair on June. The engine was misfiring and I had a check-engine light on the dashboard. I was told when I called to make the appointment that it would be at least 2 weeks before it could even be looked at because there were 15 vehicles ahead of mine. I asked if there was anything that could be done since I use the truck for work and it is my only source of income. The service department said no, it was what it was. I left my vehicle and was without a vehicle for over 2 weeks since they would not give me a loaner or rental. Even when I explained that I would NOT use the loaner or rental for work, just to get around I was told that they would not authorize it due to the insurance on my vehicle being commercial, even though I have personal auto insurance. I had my vehicle returned to me and while it ran fine at first, before I arrived home I was having the same issue as before. Since the shop is closed over the weekend, I returned Monday to advise that I had the same issue. I was told that it would be a few days before they could even look at it but that they would let me know. Again, no loaner vehicle. After the second time I was told that they did a pressure test and that the head was cracked, and that it was a known issue that they would need to replace the head. They said it was ordered and would be in within a few days. I waited and had to visit the shop several times using Uber or Lyft since I didn't have a vehicle to find out what was going on. The shop refused to call and let me know any updates. After 2 weeks went by I was told that they were installing the new head and that there was an "issue" with the replacement, so they had to order it again to install. After talking to the Service Manager and General Manager I found out that the mechanic that was supposed to work on my truck went on vacation for a week and that there was no one else that could work on the truck. Then it appears that they ordered the wrong part, tried to install it and then realized they needed to order it again. I was without my vehicle for over a month since the shop didn't do a basic pressure test the first time to ensure the original repair was correct. I was not kept informed about the status and had to keep visiting the shop to find out what was going on and when I might receive my vehicle back. Considering I make around $2,500/week when driving having my truck out for over a month meant that I missed out on approximately $10,000 of income. I don't understand why the repair was not completed correctly the first time, why I was never kept informed and why I couldn't get a rental or loaner vehicle to drive since it wasn't my fault that the vehicle was not manufactured correctly. I inquired as to trading in the vehicle since it is obviously a lemon, but the dealership refused to even consider the option. This dealer and repair shop are the worst that I have experienced in my entire life. They don't care about their customers at all and refuse to accept responsibility for their vehicles and employees. Refusing a rental/loaner vehicle to a customer for a warranty replacement and incompetence in repairing a vehicle make this a dealership you definitely want to avoid at all costs. More
If you plan on using their service department be prepared to take out a loan and get your vehicle back looking dirtier than before. Brought our vehicle in for repairs, charged $250 from jump… some bs “intake fee?” …which isn’t applied towards the total cost (and not listed and marked as paid on the bill.) Dropped almost 11 GRAND for repairs. The least they could have done was a wash or detail to make dropping this amount of money less painful. I’ve had other businesses detail my car after getting repaired (w/ repairs being less than a grand). Acadiana Dodge: do better. More

I test drove it no problem the next morning crank it up made a knocking noise when its cold brought it to the ford deakership and they told me the cam sensors were bad Also the sunroof doesn't work my fault for not checking that you would think in todays times you wouldn't still have dealerships trying to screw over people STAY AWAY FROM THEM More
