Never have we been to Acadiana Dodge and not treated well. Regardless of getting service for our vehicle or purchasing a new one. The staff is always ready to check on any problem you may have or find w well. Regardless of getting service for our vehicle or purchasing a new one. The staff is always ready to check on any problem you may have or find who you want to speak with. Glen and Fidel always come to speak with us and see if they can assist us in any way possible. There is no other dealership that we have been treated this well. We have purchased used and new and our son has purchased new from Acadiana Dodge and we will continue to purchase our vehicles here. If anyone asks us why we keep coming back we tell them that if they come once they will always return. More
The service recieved relative to getting my vehicle was far from acceptable. I was given a date to retrieve my vehicle and when I arrived no one knew why the paperwork waas not at the desk. The girl contacted Brian Leblanc and after he checked with the mechanic working on my vehicle he came to the desk and related to me that the mechanic had problems with 2 other vehicles he was working on therefore had not had the time to complete the repairs on my vehicle. No one called to tell me that beforehand, which caused me many problems relative to having to make additional arrangements for use of a vehicle to go to work in the next day. Brian apologized and assured me that the vehicle would be ready the next afternoon. I recieved a phone call the following afternoon and Brian told me he did not have good news. He told me that the person at Acadiana Dodge who installed transmissions had gone home sick that morning and the only other person who could complete that task was the foreman but Brian couldn't let the foreman do the job because he needed to have him perform his regular duties. Therefore, I was out of a vehicle for the entire weekend since I had made plans to return the vehicle I was using the Friday afternoon, the second day my vehicle was to be ready. I recieved quite a few apologies from Brian but that did not solve my problem. People who take care of their business properly rarely find the need to apologize. I feel that Acadiana Dodge should have to make MANY apologies in a situation such as this. Of course, that would indicate that business was NOT being taken care of as it should have been. It is 1:00 PM Monday afternoon and I STILL haven't heard whether my vehicle will be ready or not. I cannot continue making last minute plans for a temporary replacement. More
My car has been to this dealership for over a month and i still don't have my vehicle. They are very unfriendly and no one is ever there for you to speak with. You have to call and demand answers to what is still don't have my vehicle. They are very unfriendly and no one is ever there for you to speak with. You have to call and demand answers to what is going on with your vehicle. It has been one thing after another with these people. My last update with them was that one of there mechanics put a part on wrong in which messed up another part on the car and now my car has to be there even longer to wait on the part to come and be placed on. My concern is if he put it on wrong the first time what are his chances of doing it right the next time. My hopes are not high at all with these people, they don't accommodate you at all. All they say is we are dong the best we can, but I can't see how when it is taking them over a month to fix my car and when you are putting parts on wrong while i am walking and catching taxes to work. I am very aggravated with these people and when you call you can not ever speak to anyone they are always out are something. More
