I have been to this dealership twice in total and both times the experience has been awful. I brought my vehicle in to get a basic recall done and nothing more. The customer service was being rude for no times the experience has been awful. I brought my vehicle in to get a basic recall done and nothing more. The customer service was being rude for no reason it seemed. I dropped my truck off at 8:30 and was told it would be finished at 11. I then went home and received a text at 11 when it does finished. I came to pick up my truck at 11:45 and the customer service guy said it wasn’t finished yet and I needed to do a questionnaire on a text that I received. So I had to wait an additional 30 minutes ontop of the 4 hours to receive my truck for just the simple recall I dropped it off for. I have no idea why the customer service was talking extremely rude to me though. I get it, everyone has bad days. But he was acting like I was bothering him for having him do his job or something. I have never once made a bad review of a place and this is my first time. That should show you just how bad of an experience I had at the dealership. More
