At Absolute Auto Sales we try to stand apart from most dealers in many ways, but most significantly in the quality of our vehicles and in the level of integrity we bring to our customers. All of our vehicles are inspected and serviced in our very own repair shop, then, down the road, come to us for your service needs and pay only $50.00 per hour, compared to $100.00 per hour or more at most repair shops. PLUS pay only our cost for your parts instead of list price. That amounts to about half price repairs...Forever! Bottom line: We want to be a dealer you can TRUST with all of your vehicle needs. We specialize in vehicles under $8,000, offer financing to buyers with little or no credit AND we welcome trade-ins! Give us a call today TOLL FREE at 888-312-9414!!!

My name is Mark, the same Mark she referred to in the above review, as the general manager of Absolute Car & Truck Center, I would like to make a few comments regarding the above review... First of all, in regards to being handed the wrong set of keys, my office assistant in my absence gave this customer two sets of keys as requested. She wanted to look at the two mini vans we had in stock and she was given both sets of keys, so I am not sure why she states she was given the wrong keys. It is true that when she orignially looked at one of the vans, it did not start. What she failed to mention is that we put a brand new replacement battery in it prior to her taking it to her mechanic. Yes, she was told that I could negotiate the price with her, and we did. We had already reduced the price $500 due to the length of time we had it, and we offered to discount the vehicle an additional $250. They had a maximum offer of $5000 which was $995.00 under the the already reduced asking price. Any one that knows us and how we price our vehicles will tell you that is huge based upon our already "way below book" pricing. When I would not accept her $5000.00 offer, she told me, and I quote, that she could "wipe her xxx" with a $250 discount. The tailgate problem she was referring to was the electronic tailgate opener. The tailgate opened and closed perfectly manually, and I did say that we could possibly fix it for her if she did not beat me up on the price. We felt there was plenty of gas in the vehicle, but she chose to put $5 worth of gas in it and we did refund that to her. I did speak with her father on the phone and when he threatened me, I did hang up on him. He threatened to "personally pay me a visit" because of what she "thought" I had said to her. I have never and would never say "GO F@%* yourself" to any customer. On her way out the door was when she said she could wipe her xxx with my $250 discount, in response to her I said that she should "GO Find a better one". The door closed as I was speaking and she misheard me. I feel like the only reason this reviewer felt it neccessary to post an unsatisfactory review for us was that she honestly believed I had said what she claimed. Considering the circumstances, I can understand why she might have felt that would have been my response, and I wish that my actual statement did not start out so similarly to what she thought I had said, but this I can not undo. That's just NOT something I would ever have said.
