My only complaint is that this dealership is 75 miles away from my home, but I was so pleased with my purchase and so impressed with both Mark and Robert that I plan to consult them when the time comes for a vehicle for my grandson. When I went to pick it up they said that when they were giving it a final checkover they noticed the motor was running hot. So they put in a new water pump and changed the timing belt. Yes, this would probably have been covered by the warantee, but living two hours away I was very grateful this had been taken care of before I picked the car up. More

I emailed out some feelers on a few I liked and Mark emailed me back quickly with more info. You wouldn't believe how many times I say email only and people still call so it was nice for someone to actually listen and stick to email. He was polite, informative and never pushy (such a relief). I went by for a test drive and got some numbers from Mark and everything was just so smooth and easy. He gave me a really simple breakdown of the costs (including the rmv costs) and a super simple overview of the process to purchase it. It was so refreshing to have a car salesman who was polite, not pushy, and not for one second gave me a reason to doubt his motives. I trust that he gave me a great deal and he's so organized he made everything foolproof. I was really pleased, I'd definitely recommend them! More
