Best Car Buying Experience Ever In March of 2015, I had to trade in my convertible, for a more comfortable car, due to side effects from Cancer treatment. I looked at alot of dealerships online and saw Absolute Auto had the best prices for decent cars. So, when I stopped by & Rob greeted me & I told him my situation he assured me I would find the best car for my needs. He let me drive 3-4 cars and I new the 2013 Nissan Altima S was the one for me. It was easy to get in, great on gas, & perfect size. I then met with Mark to trade in my car and get final balance for my Altima, with a no haggle experience. He even told me to go to my own credit union for better financing rates. I stopped by a few times to ask Rob how to use a few things in my car, and he always helped me with a smile. I can't say enough good things about Absolute Auto & I would tell everyone looking for a car to go there! I sent my friend Donna there and she was so happy with her buying experience & I even got my 100.00 for referring her. I had my Altima alost a year with no problems at all. I only had my oil change & tire rotation done. It's nice to buy a car & not feel like u got screwed over, like a few different dealerships made me feel in the past. Best Car Buying Experience Ever! The last car I bought, a 2004 Malibu, in 2007 from a Chevrolet Dealership was the worst experience I ever had! 8 hours of constant pressure, deals mad The last car I bought, a 2004 Malibu, in 2007 from a Chevrolet Dealership was the worst experience I ever had! 8 hours of constant pressure, deals made in back rooms, they hit me with all kind of add ons, lied to me about the car and I paid well over $10,000 more than the book value! When my Malibu was totaled in an accident I SWORE THAT I WOULD NEVER LET THAT HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN!. I figured out what kind of car I wanted and researched it thoroughly. Then I asked my friend, Cheryl, who always got great car deals to help me. The first words out of her mouth were " Absolute Auto Sales in Brockton!!! The only place you should ever go to buy a car!" They had the highest rating from the Better Business Bureau and so after looking at their website, I picked out a couple of cars I thought I would be interested in. The sales manager, Mark, got out the cars I was interested in and gave me the complete info on each and then let me take them out on a test drive by myself! After the 2 test drives Mark asked me which one I thought was the better ride, but I told him the roads were in such bad shape that I couldn't tell. He told me he had another car that I might like if I was interested. I was and so I took a test drive in a 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited Edition and what a difference - the ride was so smooth even with the bumpy roads. It had a roomier interior and I didn't feel cramped. I had found the car for me and there was no pressure. He immediately brought out the CarFax Report on the vehicle: One owner, no accidents, no recalls. The car's stated retail value was $16,850. The only problem was that the owner had not produced a complete service record. They said this reduced the retail value by $300 leaving an adjusted retail value of $16,550. Absolute's price was $12,999 and Mark immediately dropped the price to $12,699 without my even asking! I told him I was using my own credit union for the financing and Mark said that was fine. (WHAT? no trying to get me financing through them??!! - unheard of!) I suggested the amount of the deposit and told him I would be putting a total of $4,000 down. Mark thought that was just right and I signed the Purchase and Sale Agreement. I asked about those add ons you are always pressured to buy. Mark simply said, "We don't do that here." He proceeded to tell me that they would take care of the Title, Registration and the Sales Tax so my insurance co. wouldn't have to. Mark informed me that I would be dealing with a Chrysler Dealership for maintenance, repair or problems for quite a while. However, after the warranty expired Mark told me it was Absolute Auto Sales policy to do all future maintenance and repairs for as long as I owned the car for 1/2 price, providing I kept their yellow decal on the back of my car. What a great deal! AND there was more: If I referred anyone to Absolute Auto Sales and they ended up purchasing a car from them I would receive $100 for each car sold! I was only there for less than 2 hours. I was so overjoyed I just had to give Mark a big hug...and then I had Rob take a picture of Mark and me in front of my beautiful new car. I recommend Absolute Auto Sales to everyone! I picked up my car which was perfectly detailed and Mark had Rob the service manager go over the way all the buttons, dials, etc.worked until he was sure I understood them. He set my clock for me and then had Derrick, from Service, add my cell phone through Bluetooth to the cars audio system. All the controls for the phone and the radio are right on the steering wheel so I never have to take my eyes off the road! They told me to come by anytime if I had any questions. I may stop by and surprise them some day with some home-baked goodies for the wonderful experience they gave me! Oh and last, but not least, my friend, Cheryl got her Finder's Fee check for $100! More
Back Again !!!! OMG....two vehicles in one month!! What can I say. I told Mark & Rob , back last August, we would probably be buying a couple of cars...and sure eno OMG....two vehicles in one month!! What can I say. I told Mark & Rob , back last August, we would probably be buying a couple of cars...and sure enough ...it came to fruition. We bought a Ford Escape the beginning of January, and after test driving various sedans we ended up buying another one we felt met our needs. Thanks again to Mark & Rob & Derrick for being so cooperative in our quest for replacement vehicles. They always go above and beyond at Absolute, and there was never any pressure to buy, as at some dealerships. Thanks to all at Absolute, we appreciate the service you gave to my wife and I. More

Finally ....a trusted dealer Cannot say enough about how my wife and I were treated at Absolute. Mark, Rob and Derrick were always professional. Test drove many vehicles, never a problem. Rob is very knowledgeable on cars, explained to us the pros and cons on different makes and models, in his opinion.Was set on one car, not an SUV, put down a deposit, then decided wanted to look further. No Problems at Absolute. Mark always said give us a chance to earn your business. In the end they did. Drove by last weekend, and there was the SUV we were looking for, Went in the next day, the rest is history. They handled all the paperwork, connected with my insurance guy, and had that Ford Escape looking mint. The icing on the deal was when they were putting my plates on , it took a bit longer, than I thought. Then someone said...."They are just putting and extra buff on the Escape for you folks. Hey I didn't spend a lot, it is not a brand new car. BUT they treated us like were buying a high end vehicle. Thanks Mark Rob and your team for a great car buying experience. Funny....this morning my wife said...maybe we should replace our other older car with one from Absolute....Here we go AGAIN !!!! haha More

Alls Well That Ends Well I am writing the review about 3 months I had the final version of my car but just as well . I thought I got a pretty good deal for the Lexus RX300 (20 I am writing the review about 3 months I had the final version of my car but just as well . I thought I got a pretty good deal for the Lexus RX300 (2002) Mark was very courteous and respectful during negotiations ( My experience with Bosch Honda was terrible I didnt want to go any big dealers anymore : Out of Spite! ) . The SUV was well kept and very clean . Lisa and Derrik at the office were very professional too . A week later an engine light came up ( O2 sensor) which was promptly fixed free of charge on a weekend . But the real problem started when a few weeks later the car started to give off heavy black ( or was it white ?) smoke on starting every day or every other day . It was kind of scary . Eventually when I took it back they had a good look at it and Mark agreed to change the engine . It was done and I was charged 150 : which i thought was reasonable . But the real drama started after that . The car broke down with in half an hour on the highway ( my wife was driving and it was a bit shocking to her ) . It had to be towed . Seemed like the replacement engine was a lemon and blew a gasket . At this time I was seriously thinking of asking for another vehicle but thought that you coudlnt get 2 bad engines in a row . They replaced the engine again and the new engine has been running great for the last 3 months or so . If anything it feels and sounds better than the original one . Hopefully I havent jinxed it by writing this review : Its ironic as Toyota is renowned for good engines More
