We had the pleasure of dealing with Joe Ely throughout our purchase. Joe was very helpful in answering questions and putting the whole deal together. There was no pressure whatsoever, which was awesome! Several things needed to be done to the Jeep for it to pass inspection, so I had the opportunity to deal with the people at the Brockton location. They were wonderful as well - fixed everything (of course at no cost to us) immediately and my daughter has been smiling ever since!! Car ran well, but about two months after purchase had an issue with rattling heat shield, tire pressure and radio malfunction. Folks at Absolute took care of the issues at no charge. When the radio issue re-surfaced, they completely replaced the radio at no charge. A used car is often "as is", but they stood by the quality of what they sold - even though the items were not critical to safety or driving. More
