Efficient, to the point and no games I was shopping for a new vehicle for my son on AutoTrader and came across a vehicle that suited our needs at Absolute Auto. I contacted Mark by phone I was shopping for a new vehicle for my son on AutoTrader and came across a vehicle that suited our needs at Absolute Auto. I contacted Mark by phone to confirm the vehicle was still available and to ask miscellaneous questions. Mark was courteous and comprehensive in his answers so I decided to drive up and check out the car even though I live nearly 1hr away in Rhode Island. Upon arrival, he greeted me while someone went out to bring up the car with a plate for a test drive.... everything went well and I decided to negotiate on a price. I had a couple of other vehicles at different dealers in mind but I was looking to simply complete the search if we could agree on a price. I expressed to Mark my desire to purchase the car if he could make it worthwhile for me to not go look at the other vehicles. He gave me his lowest offer and I found it was fair enough to close the deal. So far, the vehicle is running very well without any issues after 3 weeks of a new teenage driver at the wheel. I would strongly recommend giving Absolute Auto a shot at your business. More

Stress-free buying experience I was directed to Absolute Auto Sales through a Cars.com listing for a Hyundai Veloster that was priced much lower than market value. I spoke with Mar I was directed to Absolute Auto Sales through a Cars.com listing for a Hyundai Veloster that was priced much lower than market value. I spoke with Mark on the phone and drove up the next day to take a look at it. When I got to the dealership, he told me about the car and showed me the car history report. We took a look at the car together and I took a test drive on my own. This was the first car I had ever bought from a used car dealership, and Mark did a great job of walking me through the process. I was able to pick up the vehicle the following weekend, and have been happy with the purchase. I will definitely keep Absolute Auto Sales in mind the next time my family needs a vehicle. More

Happy customer! Upon first impression at Absolute, I like that I was able to freely just browse without someone jumping down my throat. That being said, they gave me NO pressure to buy a car. It's not a good look when a dealership seems desperate for my business (ahem Midway). I also was impressed that each car was squeaky clean detailed PRIOR to test driving. I got a great deal for a 2014 Ford Escape, something I never thought would be in my price range at the moment. A few weeks later, I returned with a key issue. I was only sold one key when I bought the car (technically not their fault-they were also only sold one key from the auction). However, on the dash, it said that there was a second key floating around somewhere. Normally I wouldn't care about having a second key, but my issue was that I had my car stuck on the "my key" parental control setting and NEEDED an admin key to shut it off. I researched the issue and found that other people were forced to pay $300+ out of pocket when going back to their dealer with this issue, so that's what I was expecting. However, I was pleasantly surprised that they offered to pay for me to go to a specialist and get a new key programmed! I do have one critique. I had called about this issue about one week after purchasing the car, and Lisa answered the phone. She definitely doesn't have the most friendly tone, to be honest. I felt more welcomed by the gentleman. All in all, great service and will be back to the shop for my car maintenance. More

My credit isn't in the best shape so when I offered a cash offer lower than their sticker price I was surprised and glad that they accepted. But that's not where the awesome customer service ended because after I drove my new car for a couple of days the sunroof had malfunctioned and I was able to bring it in to be repaired that very weekend.
