Please dont go there.. Its a trap.. I bought a jeep wrangler from them. worst car ever. Will not return any calls back once you buy from them if you have any issues or problems with your car they claim all their cars are maintained and serviced which is xx if you get a car fax call and find ou you have any issues or problems with your car they claim all their cars are maintained and serviced which is xx if you get a car fax call and find out what actual work was done on vehicle you will be surprised at the response do this so your manufacturer warranty will actually cover your car once you buy it. managers never return any phone calls or messages or emails they put you on hold then hang up on you all the managers should get fired. My first car was 2018 Cla250 as soon as i got home lights went on the dashboard got it in middle of July 2020 i made multiple calls for ovet a week eventually i got the car replaced with a 2019 Mercedes A220 because i drove down from PA where i live and insisted on a resolution where i spent all day waiting to speak to manager which never came out to speak to me because they refused to refund my $7500 i gave down and now my replacement needs engine work after 4 months and several visits to Mercedes for other repairs with only 29,000 miles on it and Mercedes Benz wont cover due to lack of maintenance from previous owner at 10,000 but i got it with a little over 16,000 and have it service at 20,000 which i had to pay outta pocket and have taken it for several things to Mercedes since i got it in aug 2020 so now im stuck with a car that wont run still paying monthly and warranty that wont cover and no help from amg dealership. More
My experience with AMG & Eddy was overall a good experience. Eddy was transparent with the financial part and ensured to get me in & out with a Range Rover under 90 mns. However, we wish a few things were provided before we left such as owners manual & service report on the vehicle. I reached out to Eddy and he manage to send me a manual within days. Only feedback to the dealer is to provide a service report to every buyer to avoid having the spend unnecessary funds after the vehicle was purchased. thanks More
the customer service is extremely poor. after we bought a vehicle, both the manager and the dealer who worked with us avoided communication. the dealer's attitude was outright adversarial in response to bas vehicle, both the manager and the dealer who worked with us avoided communication. the dealer's attitude was outright adversarial in response to basic concerns that were expressed with polite wording. Very good to deal with. Eddy was great to deal with. We were missing a couple of things on vehicle(owners manual) and it was sent to us within a couple of days.
