Awful experience. I made an appointment for a specific truck then after I got there I was told they don’t have the keys to it and then the story changed it’s not on the lot. This company sold us a X5 in November of 2019. The Truck was a LEMON, nothing but problems from the start. She brought the truck back in (which is still under warranty) They looked at the Truck and it CAN"T was a LEMON, nothing but problems from the start. She brought the truck back in (which is still under warranty) They looked at the Truck and it CAN"T be FIXED! They offered us another X5 BMW. This time we had it sent to BMW Dealership to have a Diagnoses test. BMW said the truck needs a new tire, FRONT BRAKES and Corroded ROTORS. This place had the NERVE to say They want US TO PAY TO HAVE THIS STUFF FIXED!!! meanwhile the old truck is still under WARRANTY and they are REFUSING to fix it! They are practicing Illegal Business at this place. Do yourself a favor and go to a REPUTABLE CAR DEALERSHIP !! They are CROOKS! The entire time they are trying to pressure us into signing a NEW Contract! Spoke to a "Manager name Michael who assured us things would be taken care of. NOTHING HAS BEEN TAKING CARE OF!!!! More

Price of truck and inside was very good, however unfortunately, that's about the only thing good I can say about AMG. Eric was not the customer advocate I expected him to be in that I was trying to unfortunately, that's about the only thing good I can say about AMG. Eric was not the customer advocate I expected him to be in that I was trying to purchase while in another state and not having the opportunity to see the truck. I was lead to believe that all cars are able to or have passed inspection prior to being sold. It seems like after the deal was closed, Eric did not have the same interest in seeing that the car was prepped and ready for delivery. From closing to truck being ready for pick up was almost two weeks!!!!! Calls and or text messages were not returned in a timely manner, if at all. Repeated calls to the service department were not returned. Once the car was delivered, I had to spend over $3100 for front and rear brakes and rotors, right running board motor, freon, two filters and a complete draining and replacement of transmission fluid because of identified issue while shifting. Under the hood was an absolute disgust in that it was totally DIRTY as if the hood had been left open during a multi-week storm. Also there was paint overspray as occurs when a car is painted???? After getting repair work done, I called Eric and the service manager and left messages. As of this writing, I have yet to hear back from either one. More

Broke Agreement and No 2nd Key My Sales Rep was JUAN - we agreed that upon the price the dealership will cover the state tax and provide the second key. After we got home we realized the documents don't mention the state tax paid by the dealership - then we called them again and we re-assured that it will be paid. After the title arrived (with NO extra key as promised by Juan) the dealership claims that they have never agreed to pay the state tax. It was a hoax and unprofessional approach of AMG Auto Somerville and we do not recommend this dealer. More
