First our agent, Kareem, tried to upsell us by $100 a month for a different car outside the budget after we clearly stated it. This cars batteries died twice while test driving. Then he proceeded to tell us that the price online was as low as they could go and we had to threaten leaving twice to get the price near what we wanted. He proceeded to get another agent to try to railroad us into signing as well as reviewing him. Then when we finally got to signing the final paper to the loan agreement, the wrong (higher) monthly payment was on the paper, so good thing we read the agreement closely. Overall a very mediocre experience, so buyer beware and stick to your guns when buying from here. More
