ALM Marietta

Bought a used truck from this dealership and this will be my last from them. The sales staff was great but the service and management communication is horrible. They claimed they did an inspection but wh my last from them. The sales staff was great but the service and management communication is horrible. They claimed they did an inspection but when I got in the truck all only one speaker worked and the breaks were shot. They ended up fixing them but once I bought the truck I took it to a shot to get looked over and found more issues. I know its a used truck and I paid to have them corrected but they were issues that should have been seen upon "inspection. There was an over payment with the payoff and now its been 5 months and still have yet received a refund. I have been trying since January to get an answer on what is going on. I even have a screen shot of the paperwork filled out from over a month ago showing I am due a refund and still nothing. I leave my name and number with the reception desk and never get a call back from the GM (I am told that's who I need to talk to) and nothing. My next step is file a claim with BBB because this is coming across as shady. I usually trade my vehicles in every 2-3 years and anytime an issues like this happens, I receive a refund within a month. I truly do not like laving bad feedback but this is ridicules. I guess this is what happens when I go out to a different dealership then the one I have used for buy my past 14 vehicles More

There should be a pervision forca set of negative starts begining with negative -10! Please any future customers read your contracts and/or have a lawyer review! Well, everything was pretty decent until they changed the price once I was signing the paperwork. Guess that was my fault for not paying attention. Shame on me. Be careful and dont let them talk to you while your trying to read and say no to all that extra ish they throw at you. I'm disappointed but they will most certainly get what's coming to them. More
