Words cannot express the joy I had this morning driving the kids to school in my "new" Buick Enclave! This was yet another good experience from ALM / MLM. This was our 3rd automobile from ALM / MLM and it continues to be a non-stress experience unlike many of the bigger big name dealerships. I am new in USA and wanted to buy a used SUV. I visited MLM and was greeted by Uncle Kevin. He talked to me in detail and based on my criteria he offered me Nissan Murano 2009. The SUV was great but it's R MLM and was greeted by Uncle Kevin. He talked to me in detail and based on my criteria he offered me Nissan Murano 2009. The SUV was great but it's Radio Controller was missing. Uncle Kevin assured me that he will buy me a new Radio Controller if I finalize this SUV. He allowed me to take the SUV for pre purchase inspection. The inspection report said that battery was dead and needs to be replaced. Uncle Kevin immediately offered help and assured me that he will have the battery replaced at no additional cost. Finally I agreed on buying the Murano. Dealer had to order the radio controller which took about a week to come. Till that time Uncle Kevin followed up with me and assured me that the SUV will be ready on time. I was pleased by the attention he has given. I did not put any money to hold that SUV but still Uncle Kevin was generous enough to hold the SUV for me even a day after the SUV was ready but I could not make it to the dealer's office due to other commitments. Finally, Uncle Kevin made sure that I am 100% satisfied, he helped me purchase insurance, found a 2nd key which was missing, provided me 12 month warranty on the radio controller and replaced the battery. The SUV looked stunning and new when it was finally delivered to me. Full marks to Uncle Kevin and MLM. I love my first car in USA. More

I was in the market looking for a Pre-Owned vehicle and wanted to go to a dealer that dealt with luxury cars. I shopped all over GA and even in FL. But, I still kept coming back to Marietta Luxury Motors. I had a wonderful conversation with Pete on the phone and he allowed me to take the C300 Mercedes for a couple hours to make sure I liked it. He NEVER gave me a problem to have a loaner for this time frame, which is what initially made me feel comfortable from the start. When he was not available he referred me to Wilton his Floor partner and he was WONDERFUL! He helped put all my concerns at ease and went over the car with me again and kept asking me questions to make sure I understood what type of vehicle I was purchasing. He also DELIVERED the car to me at my JOB! From start to finish I gotta admit. They are a One Stope HIGH CLASS operation and look forward to buying more cars from them in the future! GREAT JOB GUYS!
