Went to look at a 2010 BMW 550i. Upon looking had some issue with wheels/tires I did not like. Sales person Victoria tried to say they would let me buy replacement parts at cost. Never would I buy a car to spend money on. At the end of the day, got in touch with Daniel Salazar in management and he took care of entire issue. He went ABOVE and beyond to ensure the car was done in correct time, even outsourced work to get the tires/wheels done quicker. Since purchase had a minor issue with vehicle that by no means was dealer fault. Daniel agreed to split the cost of repair with me which is above and beyond what I expected. Victoria the sales person in my opinion was not real friendly, and not totally upfront. Where she has short falls the management makes up for it. In the end I was even given a loaner BMW 535i to use while mine was being prepared since tires were special order. Great value on the car, they even honored the lowest price I found on the car online, even though it wasnt current price. Great experience. More
