Once they had my check, costumer service went down the drain, every time I call to get some questions solved about finances (there are some issues about over payment that still need to be solved and I need credit back from them), they are never available, I have left multiple messages and they never get back with me, and the few times that I got hold of Wilton (my sales person), he says he's got costumers and he will get back with me, but he doesn't. Wilton promised to get me the owner's manual and floor mats, I still don't have them. The car had body work done, nothing major, but it wasn't nice to find out NOT from them. The experience has become quite unpleasant, and I'm still having to deal with them, more like chasing them to see if they could perhaps be so kind to deal with me. Review right after purchasing the vehicle: Wilton is so welcoming, he made the experience very enjoyable. Pointed out all things that need to be considered when purchasing a new vehicle, good and not so good. He made great suggestions and made me feel like he was there to fulfill my needs. Very pleased with the car as well, I'm driving now a beautiful BMW 128i. More

In addition, he recognized my differing between two cars and brands...BMW and Mercedes Benz, and knew of the car that I showed the most favoritism. My experience at MLM was both pleasant and professional. At first I was really concerned about closing a deal because I had a trade in with negative equity. He said your credit application looks good, so just come in and see what can be worked out. To be honest, I didn't think I would be riding off the lot the same day in my Lexus LS 460, but I was wrong. Michael Brown was right. Everything worked out just like he said it would. Mr. Brown, I want to apologize once again for my attitude. I was wrong, and you didn't deserve that. Thank you for remaining professional at all times. I'm really happy with my Lexus LS 460. I plan to drive it for many years to come, if nothing happens. Marietta Luxury Motors really does have the right name because all of their cars are nice luxury cars. So if your're in the market for a nice luxury car, MLM is the place. Just go there and ask for Michael Brown. More

Wilton was a joy to work with. He immediately responded to my email request and answered all of my questions. He was willing to come in to meet with me on his day off. I truly feel valued as a customer. I have already referred him to one of my friends. In order to disclose all of my feelings, I did not get the great level of customer service from the Finance Manager, James. He did not explain the process or paperwork and seemed irritated when I asked questions. He is the only reason my overall experience was good and not great. More
