March 30, 2013, was my first experience at Marietta Luxury Motors and it was indeed a pleasant one. The staff greeted my family and I at the door and assisted us with my car of interest, a 2009 Nissan Luxury Motors and it was indeed a pleasant one. My sales representative was Mr. Brandon Smith, he definitely created a very calm atmosphere. Understanding how important this purchase was to me, he did everything in his power to ensure I had the knowledge I needed to make an educated decision. I appreciated this so much as in my past, I had only dealt with sales representatives who took advantage of my inexperience, versus trying to empower me. His actions are commendable and made the process seamless. The finance manager, Mr. Hill also played a huge part in my purchase, which was much appreciated as well. Upon leaving the dealership, based on my experience, my parents who are very hard to please, vowed that they would be return to make their next big vehicle purchase. Me and my wife went there on a Friday afternoon just to look at a couple of cars we had been eyeing for a while. We got to meet Brandon who was great. The prices looked good up front but they tried to add a 600 dollar dealer fee and tried to tax us on that too. Very friendly sales reps (except marmari) but not knowledgeable.
