Overall my experience was a good one. The first time I went to MLM, I found a car I love at a great price. On my second visit, I took the car for a test drive and was ready to make a deal. The dealership went to MLM, I found a car I love at a great price. On my second visit, I took the car for a test drive and was ready to make a deal. The dealership was more than willing to work with me on financing and getting the car at the right price and it took no time at all to complete the deal. However, during each of my visits, Nancy was helpful with finding the right car, however I felt she was only helping me because she had to, and was not as friendly as I would have expected someone in her position to be. Her overall attitude made me feel like she didn't want to be at work and it made me a little uncomfortable to be around her, for example she made several comments about how she didn't want to be at work. However, my overall experience was a good experience with her as she was helpful and understanding with my requests and questions. And before, I even left the dealership, I noticed larger scratches on the car. The dealership gave me a "you owe me" and buffed, waxed and washed my car the following the week, no charge. And even though it took a couple weeks and several phone calls, the dealership were able to set up my XM with two months free. For the price, the time and experience I had, it was an overall good one. I would visit MLM again when it is time to look for a new car. More

We loved MLM. They had great prices, and great choices and we walked out very happy. Eduardo was excellent, and had the car ready to go for us even when I called him at the last minute and changed the tim and we walked out very happy. On Wednesday December 4, 2013 I purchased a BMW 3 series from this dealership. I was taken for a test drive and went over the details of the car. I signed the appropriate paper work to complete the sale whi from this dealership. I was taken for a test drive and went over the details of the car. I signed the appropriate paper work to complete the sale which included a document certifying that the car was in top condition. On Saturday the car give me a bit of trouble upon starting with rough idleing and smoking. The next day Sunday (4 days after purchase) the "check engine" light came on. I took the car in to BMW to have it evaluated only to find out that I was sold a vehicle that needed all of it's fuel injectors replaced. Needless to say $2,018.00 later I would not reccomend this dealership to anyone. As a matter of fact I will be screaming from the rooftops and telling everyone who will listen to steer clear of this place. In my follow up with the dealership the gist of the conversation was sorry there is nothing we can, and or are willing to do. I am extremely disappointed in this Marietta Luxury Motors and its sales practices. Shady deals are in full swing at this dealership and full disclosure is not. Final words of advice DO NOT make a car purchase from this dealership!!! More
