My overall experience with MLM and the sales team was good. When I requested information via the website I received a prompt response from Marques. I came into the appointment already knowing what I want good. When I requested information via the website I received a prompt response from Marques. I came into the appointment already knowing what I wanted, and being able to take the car out on a short interstate drive definitely helped me get a feel for the vehicle. I was hoping to negotiate on the sales price a little more, but I was happy with the ultimate purchase price. The finance manager (name escapes me) did a great job at explaining my options and how I could get my monthly payments down. I had one observation and one issue with the my experience. My one observation was that the car appeared to not have been thoroughly cleaned prior to being put on the lot. There was a random beanie and a box of holiday cards still in the vehicle, and debris in the trunk. Overall though the car was in great condition. The issue i had was that when we started our test drive the Low Tire Pressure alarm came on. This was explained away by it being very cold out and the sensors not being reset. It turned out when I home that the tire pressure on the front left tire was actually very low (I had driven it like that at interstate speeds on the way home). I should have asked for the pressure to be checked before I left, but would think that was something that could have been checked during the detailing. Overall I would recommend this dealer to friends, but warn them about paying attention to the little details. More

She was very helpful throughout the process as we tested several cars until my daughter found "the One" that suited her budget and taste perfectly. From the time we got to the dealership, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Marques was our sales rep, but I got the feeling that anyone there would have worked just as hard to get us into the right veh friendly and helpful. The day after we made our first visit we returned to make sure that our first impressions held up overnight, we finalized the purchase of a "new-to-me" Nissan Murano. I didn't feel like there were any "gotchas" or hidden information. The ONLY thing that left me disappointed is that I asked for the car to be detailed before I picked it up, and when I arrived, I found that the interior had been only minimally cleaned. There was still debris in the back, and the floor mats were dirty. A damp rag on the all-weather mats would have done a world of good. But, as I needed to pick up the vehicle that day, I took it in that condition. Other than the one minor issue on preparing the vehicle, I had a good experience, and when the time comes would go see Marques and Marietta Luxury Motors again! !!UPDATE!! After posting the original review above, Marques sent me a not and asked if they could try again on the detailing to make sure I was happy with the experience. That kind of effort is worth mentioning! More
