Sarah Hatterson was friendly and very professional while helping me select the vehicle that was right for me . She is truly an asset to MLM. I would recommend this dealership to my friends/family and acqua helping me select the vehicle that was right for me . She is truly an asset to MLM. I'll simply say this, approach with caution. Every bit of the process, for me, was drawn out. Yeah, they were friendly but who wouldn't be when they're trying to get in your pockets? However it's very bit of the process, for me, was drawn out. Yeah, they were friendly but who wouldn't be when they're trying to get in your pockets? However it's very apparent that once you sign, they'll be on to the next. They falsely advertised, not one but two (that I know of) cars. The ad clearly stated that the car had navigation when it didn't. Also is seemed like every car I was interested in was not physically on the lot but because I was under time constraints I ended up working out a deal and purchasing the car unseen, "pending my approval of it". So it finally arrives... but with no nav system. So we found a second car... oops still no nav. The whole time my salesperson pretended like he didn't know but you've been selling cars for how long? I ended up settling for compensation for less then what I know the system is worth just to hurry and get through the process and be done with them. Even still it seems I had to chase after them for my check. They lied and said it was mailed knowing it wasn't. It wasn't until I reminded them that we had no deal without all factors that we agreed upon that a check suddenly appeared. I guess they thought they were dealing with a dummy. During the whole month process that it took for me to actually get a car (after purchasing), I was the one having to make contact and having to beg to be kept informed of what was going on. I have no doubt that had I been passive, it still would be unsettled. The WHOLE way through, it was ALWAYS one thing or another. It really ruined my 1st car buying experience. In addition, when I finally got my car tags there was only 1 week left before it expired. When I informed the saleperson about it, I never got a reply. I guess he was definitely on to the next one. The 2 sales guys I worked with were Larry and Romaro. Larry was really the one who did all the work but somehow Romaro weaseled his way into splitting the sale because I had spoke to him briefly when I came in the previous day. I did mention him when I came back but he wasn't there so Larry helped. Which was fine. I could have cared less about working with Romaro. Like I said, we only spoke briefly the previous day. Needless to say, Romaro was long gone during this process once he got his name on the deal. It was Larry I worked with and always spoke to. Romaro never even made a point to reach out and barely acknowledge me during the several times I was at the location. My only other occurrence with him was that when I finally got to go pick up my check, he was the one to give it to me... only because Larry was gone for the day. Larry seems like an okay guy and did somewhat look out for me but like I said, my biggest issue with him, which I told him, was feeling like I was being left in the dark. Now, I don't know if it was all him or because the higher ups were being difficult. Either way, my frustration would've been appeased had I been made to feel like getting my issue resolved was remotely a priority. In the least... a quick text saying "Hey, I haven't forgot about you" would have done just that. At one point, I was so frustrated that I wanted a refund. I called asking to speak to the manager who did my paperwork (James) and it seemed like my calls were being dodged. Had this been even somewhat of a smooth process, I would have recommended this place. I would have even recommended Larry but I'll just say again... proceed with caution. More
We had a great experience from start to finish. Rhon was very professional, made us feel comfortable, and was very honest from the beginning. We looked at 4 dealerships in the Atlanta area, and hands down very professional, made us feel comfortable, and was very honest from the beginning. We looked at 4 dealerships in the Atlanta area, and hands down Rhon had the best customer service. He was very reasonable on negotiations for both purchase and trade-in. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a luxury car in this area. More
I heard about Marietta Luxury Motors through salesman Ken Lyons. I had met Ken while he was employed with another dealership during my car search. I was not able to purchase a vehicle and continued my sea Lyons. I had met Ken while he was employed with another dealership during my car search. I was not able to purchase a vehicle and continued my search. Ken always kept in contact and once he became employed with Marietta Luxury Motors, he informed me and my husband to come check him out. Ken worked diligently to find the right vehicle for me as I had a slight credit challenge. Once the vehicle was located at another location, Ken agreed to go and personally pick it up. Ken found a great BMW 325i Series and worked with finance to seal the deal. At this time, the dealership was closing and we had to return the next day to finish paperwork and test drive the BMW. There was a slight flaw in the process as the bank would not finance a warranty for the car due to a cap for my car payment. I was not informed of this cap up front and wanted to walk from the deal due to an added expense that I would incur with a private company offering extended warranties. I felt as if I was tricked and was very disturbed. Ken saw this and immediately involved his manager Wilton Bailey. He jumped right in with a great attitude and personality-that made me feel instantly valued. Wilton informed the finance manager who agreed to find us an affordable extended warranty. Afterwards, Ken and Wilton again showed great concern and compassion in making sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Had it not been for the two of them, we would have walked away from the BMW. I REALLY love my BMW 325i and I am very thankful that God allowed this blessing to transpire. Once again thank you to Marietta Luxury Motors and especially to Ken and Wilton...way to go team! More
I was told vehicles are serviced brfore the sale, I learned very quickly that was not true. They continued to advertise the car I purchased for weeks after the sale. The sales person I had was no longe learned very quickly that was not true. They continued to advertise the car I purchased for weeks after the sale. The sales person I had was no longer there within a week. The warranty I purchased did not cover the repairs the car needed. When I called to get help they put me on hold, passed the call around the dealership, told me anything to get me off the phone, next few times I called I got the same thing. I wish I had paid a little bit more and brought a certifired vehicle from a Mercedes Benz Dealer. THIS IS NOT A VERY GOOD PLACE TO DO YOUR BUSINESS....TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE. More
As a very busy professional I rarely have the time to search for a vehicle, nevertheless spend hours in a dealership to purchase a vehicle. Marques did a great job of assessing my needs during a previou search for a vehicle, nevertheless spend hours in a dealership to purchase a vehicle. Marques did a great job of assessing my needs during a previous search a while back, and was able to contact me when he found a vehicle that he thought would be a great fit for me. At the time I wasn't looking to buy a car, but he did such a good job with finding the right car, I had to make the purchase. The administrative side of the purchase was virtually seamless, and I walked away feeling great about the transaction. All of my questions were answered throughly and everything was done with a very high level of professionalism. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and will continue to bypass dealerships in my state to go here first for my future auto purchases. More

I found a car online through this dealership. I emailed for more information and a picture of the car. I got a prompt response to my inquiry from Eduardo and that no picture of the car was available and t for more information and a picture of the car. I got a prompt response to my inquiry from Eduardo and that no picture of the car was available and that I needed to come in by Saturday because the cars sold fast. By the time I called the salesman, it was past closing hours. I emailed Eduardo letting him know I was interested in the car and that I wanted to come for a test drive. This was a Friday night. On Saturday morning, around 9:00, I called Eduardo to let him know I would be coming in to see the car. He said ok and that he was looking forward to seeing me and that he would get the car ready for me. I live in Rex, Georgia. I journeyed, with anticipation, that I had found my car. When I pulled up to the dealership I was very impressed with the layout and the inventory. Initially, I was apprehensive about dealing with a dealership I was not familiar with. I was approached immediately by a sales person but not Mr. Ferreira. After asking for him, another salesman came to tell me Mr. Ferreira was with 3 other customers and that he would be helping me. I told him I was there to see the Toyota I had spoken to Eduardo about. He said he would go in to get the keys. He took awhile to come back. I was concerned as to why it was taking him so long when finally he came out to say the car had been sold the night before and that their system had not been updated...in other words, waaaaa, waaaaa, waaaa, waaaaa. I literally heard nothing else after he said the car had been sold. He said he was sorry and that they did not usually have those type of cars. Since I drove over 35 miles to get to there, I asked if there was anything else he had that I could see. He did not even try to look. He said no; that they did not usually have those type of cars and that they usually sold "high end" cars (whatever that meant). To say the least, I was pissed. No I did not have the "high end" finances to purchased a luxury car. I went based on what was on the internet. The part that really pissed me off was first I was given another salesman and the car was sold after I spoke with Eduardo that morning to let him know I was coming. To make matters worse, Eduardo texts me to tell me he was sorry and that he had another car I may be interested in. Mind you, by this time I had already left the area and was back on my side of town. To me, that confirmed that the other salesman was not really interested in helping me purchased a "low end" car. More
1st I want to say thank you to Nancy Frempong. She made my experience easy, comfortable, and rememberable. She handled most if not all of my paperwork via electronic communications as I live 6 hours from the dealership. She explained everything to me regarding the vehicle, and how the process would work in terms of the sale, test drive, the inspection of my trade and the financing. This dealership is very friendly and professional. The salesperson, Nancy, works hard to ensure her customers are satisfied.
