MLM was recommended by a family friend, needless to say we were not led astray. They had the vehicle we wanted, made us a fair deal and did everything they said they would. We noticed the car had mismatched tires. It being Saturday they couldn't replace them but would the following week. They came to my office, picked up the car, put new tires on it,returns it to me the same day. Marques' follow through and personal care were outstanding. Whole heartedly recommend these guys, especially Marques. More

I must admit that me being a woman I didn't feel like I was pressured into buy nor did I feel like I had been scammed. Doing the final paper work wasn't an all day processed and I was well educated about everything that I was signing. My car was very clean and ready for me to drive off the lot after signing. DK immediately greeted us as soon as we got out of the car and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the car that we were interested in. Although we weren't in the market to buy a car until the next year or so, we drove off the lot with a 2010 Mercedes S550. Awful Experience Found the car I wanted on autotrader.com. Called and asked several times if the car had any cosmetic issues. I was told several times there was nothing wrong with the car. Car was also listed at $21,500 with no disclaimer saying this was an "Internet Special/Sale." After driving from Nashville (3+hours), I took one lap around the car and noticed a 10 inch scratch on the back right bumper. Needless to say, I was pissed they did not tell me about this. However, I could overlook the scratch if they would negotiate on price. Once the negotiations started, they said the "real" list price was actually $22,999 and that the price on Autotrader was just used to get people in the door. They would not negotiate whatsoever (only came down 1k) even after lying to me and wasting my time. After walking out without a car and telling them I was driving back to Nashville due to their terrible business practices, Rhon, the Senior Sales Manager, had the bravado to call me the next morning to see if I could come back to negotiate some more. This dealer is very dishonest, and I would be very skeptical of anything they tell you. Definitely would not recommend. More
