DON'T DO IT!!!! I wish I could give zero stars to this JOKE of a dealership. I initially worked with Christian Martinez who was mediocre at best and needs to work on his knowledge, communication, and follow-up skills if he plans to continue in this area. Not only did it take a full day to locate the car that I saw for sale online (employee had been driving it and let his kid spill snacks all over the back seat and put mud prints on the back of the passenger seat - apparently he'd had the car for a while as there were over 1000 miles added to the initial mileage report online...who does that?!), I would often have to check in with him for answers to questions that HE told me he would call me back on. Then enters "Finance Manager Kelepha Njie"....THE ABSOLUTE WORST, THE HOTTEST OF HOT MESSES AND AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! He spoke a slick game initially but his lies quickly caught up to him. He lied to me about my credit being run (I paid cash for my car), gave me a bill of sale stating I still owed money on the car, and was SO unprofessional when I emailed and called him (several times over three days) for clarification on these issues. After three days, it was only when I CC'ed the owner on an email that he responded...spouting more lies! The only good thing about my experience was 1. I got a car that I like and believe will last a long time and 2. Marco came in and efficiently cleaned up the mess that Kelepha made and refused to address after the fact. Being new to the car-buying process, there were many things that I did not know (like the dealership still has to run your credit though you are paying in cash) and Mr. Njie refused to answer, during the transaction and after the fact. The sad thing is that, being a rather reasonable person, all of my anger and frustration dissipated IMMEDIATELY after Marco called me and thoroughly explained ALL of the things that Mr. Njie MISSED and refused to RESPOND TO!! BTW, Kelepha also shopped my credit to THREE creditors?! This was AFTER he told me ONLY Capital One would be an option IF I did not return with a check the following day, leading to a situation where my credit had to be run. What happened with starting with one?! He did this KNOWING I would return the next day with a check for the full amount (which I did ) AND after I'd given him $3k down!! SMH!!! Unfortunately, it took almost a week to get anyone on the phone and each day my anger built! The crazy part is that emails were sent from the owner to Kelepha to address my issue AND HE STILL NEVER CALLED OR EMAILED ME BACK!!!! How someone can employ someone like that is beyond my wildest imagination! Anyone so disrespectful and unprofessional towards his BOSS AND CUSTOMERS should be fired IMMEDIATELY!!! I saw the comments prior to going to this dealership but my sister mistakenly said she'd bought her car from this location and had a good experience...that was the ONLY thing that made set foot on their property. However, she later remembered it was their Gwinnett location where she'd bought her car. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE consider these comments before going to MLM. I'm sure these folks are not making up these stories and I KNOW my experience was real (you can't make this stuff up)!! There are SOOOO many dealerships in this area and the NATION and I STRONGLY suggest you save yourself the time and frustration of having to deal with these INCOMPETENT IDIOTS. I know this review is quite negative but trust me it would have been MUCH worse if I had not deal with Marco...the only positive person I dealt with! MLM DO BETTER OR DO THE PUBLIC A FAVOR AND CLOSE DOWN!!!!!!! YOU ALL ARE DISGUSTING!!! BTW, the email address that I forwarded my emails to, that got me a response was finance@mariettaluxurymotors. com. Apparently the owner monitors that account. Good luck to everyone and steer clear of MLM at all costs! More

Wasted trip Spoke with Mr.Cooper on a Tuesday at 9 am about a 2011 BMW 528i for 26,998 on the internet. He said he would call me right back. I questioned him about why the price jumped to 28,998, he said because it wasn't on sale anymore. I told him we were still wanting the car and we were coming from Nashville and we would get a hotel room in Chattanooga and be there first thing Satutrday morning. He said he would personally drive it and check it out and let me know if there were any issues. I called him back on Fridqy at 4pm and told him we were leaving for Chattanooga and we would see him first thing in the morning and to have the car ready. He said he was at lunch but would head back and get everything ready. Saturday at 830 am Mr. Cooper calls and asks if we have left yet, I told him we were checking out and on our way. Mr. Cooper then informs me that someone else had sold the car the day before. I explained to him the reason I had called him earlier in the week was because we wwanted the car and even the night before he had said evwrything was good. I told him that was why we rented a hotel room and made the appointment, his reply was , well, it's first come first serve. Thanks Deandrea, I should send you the hotel bill. More
