Customer Service was amazing! I had been shopping for a vehicle for my wife for months before I found the dealer online. I brought my daughter and son with me to look at a car for my wife. My salesman ......wait....my new business partner was outstanding. His communication, attentiveness and overall responsiveness was exempliry. I was have purchased many cars over the years and this was by far the most relaxed I have ever been at a car dealership. I initially left there afterbthe first visit ...to visit another dealership to look at another car in a different color my wife preferred over the one at MLM. The car was great, the color was perfect, the package was the same. My 12-year old daughter looked at me and said.."Dad, I lime this car, but the salesperson at MLM was better...I really liked his conversation and open dialogue ". Wow! She put it in perspective for me....it wasn't just about the car, it was anout the service. I went back the next day and worked with Sulaiman to close a deal. He is an outstanding salesman..with dedication to his customers. I would highly recommend him for future car purchases. This Christmas Day surprise was a huge success because of Sulaiman. More

Poor Service . I bought a 2012 Ford explorer a Week back and they told me that they did full 125 point inspection on the vehicle. once i signed the papers every thin I bought a 2012 Ford explorer a Week back and they told me that they did full 125 point inspection on the vehicle. once i signed the papers every thing went Cold Issue found immediately 1) The minute i drove on the high way at 60 mph it started whistling sound .Informed them and got cold answer 2) They just washed the car and gave it to me not bothered of a proper vacuum . Before i bought it they said they will detail the car fully ( false promise) . My sales person scheduled an appointment for detailing and i went there at 10:30AM and at 11:30 AM after 1 hour waiting they said they wont detail the car as it is black on black ( Wasted my time and gas ... Did not understand why at the first place they scheduled an appointment) 3) They did not gave me the electronic code to unlock the car . Before buying they said it is in the car , Now they are saying i need to go to the dealer . One bright spot is that sales person (Avis Logan) is friendly . Other than that lady i don't find any positives from this dealership service. I will not recommend this dealer to a friend. More

Great Car buying experience I originally contacted this dealership not expecting to purchase a vehicle that day. I saw a couple of vehicles online that I was interested in so I I originally contacted this dealership not expecting to purchase a vehicle that day. I saw a couple of vehicles online that I was interested in so I called to inquire about them. I spoke with Sarah and she was very nice and answered all of my questions. I gave it some thought and decided to complete a credit application. Sarah made sure that everything was taken care of before I stepped foot into the dealership. Once I arrived the process was quick and easy. We agreed on a fair price and I got far more than I expected for my trade in. No hassle or haggling. No waiting around at the dealership all day long to purchase a vehicle. Mark in finance was a pleasure to work with. He wasn't pushy about upselling me craps I don't want, which is rare from a finance manager. I love my Mercedes! I thought to buy car for certain $ amount and it became true after my negotiation with Mr White. He is a great sales guy and very friendly. He really helped me a lot in discussing with his manager and brought the price down for the amount that i asked. I definitely wants to check with this dealership before i buy my next car at any where else.
