Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. It was the most stress-free experience that I have ever encountered when purchasing a vehicle, new or used. Starting with Sulaiman, who is the sales associate for MLM. He listened and helped me to find the exact vehicle that I wanted. This took extra effort on his part to locate that particular vehicle. Mike, the sales manager, was courteous and kind and was there to assist me in whatever was needed. Kurt, the service manager, was also very pleasant to deal with. He made sure that the vehicle was in tip-top shape prior to me driving it off of the lot. These three individuals named are definately an asset to MLM and are great ambassador's to the company. They made for a very pleasant car buying experience. I will definately purchase my wife's vehicle from there and tell everyone I know about my experience. Thanks again, guys. More

My salesman ,Stan, was a prime example of a salesperson who instills confidence and works to meet the customers expectations. I had a very good idea about the car and features I wanted. In our early conversations I remember that Stan said "I will work with you to find the exact car you want and at a fair price" AND HE DID. We looked at dozens of cars in the computer inventory and on the lot. We then drove across town to one of their other lots where I finally found the exact car I wanted. We returned to the Marietta store where they handled all the paperwork in a very professional and open manner explaining in detail all the charges and processes. Also,, they offered some very attractive financing options. I left with my dream car and the following impressions about MLM. 1. They have the best prices for any given car. 2. They had only quality cars which they cleaned, inspected and serviced before they were offered for sale. 3.They were willing (within reason) to correct or repair anything I found wrong with the car 3.They were professional, honest and open. Will I recommend them? Absolutely! I have already recommend MLM to my Son who will without doubt buy a car from them very soon. More

The vehicle was as advertised and I believe I got fair number for my trade-in and got my new vehicle at a fair price as well. Getting to agreement on terms/price was fairly quick and straight forward which I appreciated, however from that point to get out the door took much longer than I felt it should have. I'm not sure where/why the process got hung up, but I felt that piece of the service could have been better (thus 4 vs. 5 stars). Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely deal with Stan and the dealership again. More

Face the worst of industry, deal anywhere but not here Wish there were negative or zero ratings available, though I don't write negative reviews but they lead me to. I agree this dealership do have plenty good and so called luxury cars, what they don't have is good staff and helpful finance people. Let me point out some highlights.. -- They will scare the xxxx out of you if you are a first time car buyer with no previous history. -- Before finalizing any final figures/deal they will take all your personal details and apply for at least 2-3 auto loans on your behalf, which will surely damage your credit history.(and you'll get every rejection notification too, even if you have pretty good scores and history) -- They truely don't care about customers or customer opinions. Prices may fluctuate every time you call them to check car's availability. (probably Finanace dept tells them to bargain at higher prices) -- If there is a limit of carelessness, they will even ask you to come to the dealership for finalizing the deal and when you do arrive their with all your hopes, they will turn out to tell you that car is already GONE. Like just in 20 mins. -- And the biggest sin, you see the same car with a higher prices posted the next day at same dealship. I mean come on people, have some modesty. Out of words, but full of frustration and agitation. Hope you read it before making a visit and creating a lot of hopes for the dream car and deal you are looking for, to avoid sheer disappointment. PS: I donn't wanna point out any names, but stay away from any 'John's in there, just an advice. Also check other sites for more comments about these xxxxx. More
