Unprofessional service. Took 2 weeks for a battery to be changed. I waited 4 hours, they brought my car out looking sloppy like they rushed and didn't check over their work, they didn't do an actual diagnostic but a "walk around" one which means they didn't even get to th like they rushed and didn't check over their work, they didn't do an actual diagnostic but a "walk around" one which means they didn't even get to the root of the issues I wanted them to address (and they hadnt). I left them with more issues than I came in with. My car constantly smells of gas and gets worse everyday, my engine light came right back on 2 days after, and they never even fixed my headlight issue which was my main concern because I drive at night! I'm pissed off because I know whatever new problem they've created for me is going to be costly and their not going to accept ownership for the issue (they never do) but also because my old mechanic moved away I have no choice but to go back to them and their all clearly lazy. My next review is going to corporate cause if I'm paying over 1k, I expect the service to go well not create more problems. More
