Normally I would give them a 4 star rating, unfortunately this last service visit was a long and frustrating experience. There was a lack of good communication between the dealership and myself and often fel this last service visit was a long and frustrating experience. There was a lack of good communication between the dealership and myself and often felt mislead by the staff when it came to progress updates being given to me. End the end the repairs were made and I am happy to have my car back. I will state that when I was able to speak with the Service Manager that the car repair experience did turn around and he was very helpful in getting the job done and getting my car back to me in a timely manner after our 1st conversation. More
