This was a bad experience my sales person Shaletta was bad she didn’t know nothing about cars. She told me that she was going to have them to Che l everything out on the car. She had the car half cleaned and it wasn’t no oil in the car l told her to have them to check the brakes she claim she did she didn’t l wouldn’t send anyone to this car lot they are not interested in making the customers happy and satisfied. And her boss Rodney is awful as well he always says l don’t work in that department very unprofessional l will not go back at all. Them two need to be fired for how they treat people. More

I was sold a car that had issues from the moment I left the lot. I was given the run around to get it fixed and basically stuck with the car. At this dealership my car was there 2 weeks before I heard anything about was going on with my car, I called and no one called back, the person that I was supposed to communicate with didn't return my c heard anything about was going on with my car, I called and no one called back, the person that I was supposed to communicate with didn't return my calls, she finally sent a list of what was going on with my car which was over 2300.00. I feel out what I thought I needed and called back to see if she received the the information but she didn't answer but the person that answered did help me and I thank him. But the wait was to long without any communication. More
