I know that you all cannot perform recalls. My issue is that your employees are saying i damaged the car and trying to have me pay for things that were covered under a recall. They called chevy to ask for costs of different things and were trying to get me to pay them to take my car to chevy. Also there was a mechanic at kia working on my car that was not ev certified and i was not made aware of this until after certain issues arose.
