Unfortunately this has been thee worst car purchasing experience. My car wasn’t serviced, hadn’t had emissions, when I picked it up. There was a delay in having the car serviced due to extremely poor man experience. My car wasn’t serviced, hadn’t had emissions, when I picked it up. There was a delay in having the car serviced due to extremely poor management and communication. I later found out the title wasn’t clear on the car and was pulled over by the police due to the absence of an actual temporary tag for my vehicle, again since the vehicle wasn’t cleared from a previous encounter with the previous owner. I did not receive a temporary tag or the information to finally register my vehicle (to legally drive) until almost a month later when my 1st car note was due. Finally after 2 weeks, I was able to drop my car off to be serviced, I was told it would only take a few hours, after calling a bunch of times, I was contacted around closing to be notified my car wouldn’t be ready until the next day which was a super inconvenience, to find out a month later, the oil change was never even done. Not to mention, I was told I had a 9am appointment to arrive by 8:45am, as I did, only to arrive to find 5 people ahead of my stating they had the same appointment time. I’ve called to speak to management a bunch of times, no one would return my calls, and when I did speak to someone, no one actually helped me or seemed to genuinely care. I spoke to one of their sales managers once over the phone and he couldn’t have been more nonchalant. It seemed once I was under contract for the car, they didn’t care to assist me and take care of my car and should’ve been done BEFORE the car was even on the lot to be purchased, and if it wasn’t I should’ve been notified when I inquired if the car was up to par and ready to be driven off the lot. I do badly wish I could return this car to them. More
