They had car sitting for 1 full week before diagnostic was done. Paris stated she forgot to check the drop box. And vehicle was there for the exact same thing 30 days before. None of that mattered. They act like they hate their customers. Paris called me on a Thursday and told me to pick up the vehicle. I get a friend to drop me off...the vehicle was not ready. I had to come back the following week. Steve offered me 51.26 for my Lyft.I never received the reimbursement. They have horrible customer sevice. I have never experienced anything like this dealership. More
