The service center personnel were quick and thorough in explaining procedures and understanding my requests for my car. Where I think improvements can be made is outside signage in the front of the dealers explaining procedures and understanding my requests for my car. Additionally the service center would be much more professional if the service agents cleaned up their work areas to look uniform and not “junky” with personal paraphernalia and mementos. More

After our purchase of a used vehicle we noticed several things about the car. After 5 trips back to the dealership, they finally got it together with the exception of 1 item.
