I brought car in for a new key. I had an appointment after key came in. I waited two hours for the key. When I was asked to pay and handed the fob they realized there was no key. The dealership is good although they could be a bit quicker. It shouldn’t take 1 1/2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Attention to detail is key. The people who work at Kia are very respectful and nice. My review is poor because I made a 9:30 am appointment to have a Kai key cut and reprogrammed, I sat there for over two hours.
