There were a couple issues with how my car was serviced. I returned the next day to correct the problems. Very inconvenient. However, the service rep gave a sincere apology and had the issues fixed in a sat I returned the next day to correct the problems. Very inconvenient. However, the service rep gave a sincere apology and had the issues fixed in a satisfactory and timely manner. I also appreciated the transparency in admitting the error and taking care of it professionally. Hence the reason, I would still recommend as I hadn’t had a problem like this before. Just very lucky it wasn’t a life threatening issue or an acute vehicle damaging case. More
