The whole process was less than ideal. From the beginning it seemed great, but I quickly realized the dealership was spinning me into a line of games. I had to go to the dealership 3 times throughout the purchase process. I was told the car would be there and it was delayed multiple times. There was very little communication after I signed the paperwork. Questions I had weren’t answered. I was told my car would have heated and cooled seats and it comes with neither. It was also conveyed to me that the windows would be tinted and they weren’t. Rhianna told the car would be delivered to me and I had to go pick it up otherwise I would have had to wait another 2 days to receive it. When I picked the car up I noticed a few imperfections that concerned me. I was told they would call me with a resolution. I never received a call. They seemed annoyed that I pointed them out. The car wasn’t clean and still had wrap inside. The sales person couldn’t close the hood of the car and had her keys running on the hood as she tried. The whole pick up process she had an unpleasant attitude. After driving it home I realized ALL of the tires were inflated to 50 psi. This is 25 psi higher than they should be inflated. I received 2 free oil changes for my car. I made my first appointment for 10:00 AM on a Saturday. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment and checked in. I was told it would take an hour for the oil change, tire rotation, and car wash. An hour and a half later I checked in to see what the status was and they had not even started my car. I had a day full of things to do and after telling them I’d have to reschedule they tried pulling my car into a bay anyways. I asked why it hadn’t even began to be serviced and they said that there was a line of walk ins ahead of me. So my appointment pretty much meant nothing. I called back to see if I could get a resolution or make another appointment or get the oil and filters and do it myself. They wouldn’t work with me to get oil and they couldn’t confirm that my appointment would be held. It was an utter waste of time. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the financing person that helped us was phenomenal! Supper efficient, very friendly, answered all of my questions, and made the experience better. I love my car, but would go to Kia LaGrange before going back to ALM Kia again. More
I came in June 29th to get a car. My salesman Steffone Jenkins was absolutely amazing, no complaints there. The car I selected needed a new bumper, passenger side mirror, and a new visor in which was no problem. I bought the car and left it at the dealer to get those repairs. I called two days later for an update only to be told the bumper was on back order for 3 weeks, but was told I could come get the car and bring it back when the bumper comes in. I went to the dealer to get the car and Steffone arranged for me to rental car which was very nice and accommodating. I had the rental for a week or so to receive a call that the rental had been sold and I pretty much had to stop what I was doing and bring the car back immediately. Never mind I was at work, had to pick my children, and most importantly my car was not ready. The guy over rentals was incredibly rude and customer service was terrible! I was told if I didn’t bring the rental back he would shut the car off and bring the police out to my home to tow the car. Who sells a rental while it’s in use!!!!! This guy had no respect for me, but seemed to have some sense once my husband got on the phone. I get to the dealership to return the rental, really pissed only to find the rental guy had left for the day. The correct approach for customer service purposes is to stay and fix the situation, let me remind you the car I bought wasn’t ready. While there, I was given an electric car in which I had to figure out how to access plugins so that I won’t be stranded was a hassle. Finally after dealing with parts, and it’s terrible manager Marco and his unprofessionalism including forgetting to order parts, my car was ready. This was about 3 weeks later after my purchase. I get to my car the radio has NO sound. So I left the car AGAIN to get it fixed. Finally the next day my car is ready and I drive off the lot. A month later the paint is now peeling on the bumper, I can’t with this place. Had it not been for Steffone and his professionalism and kindness. I would have had this place on litigation and arbitration. I can’t express the frustration and anger I dealt with. My husband wants to buy a car but coming from my experience he refuses to come here, and we are spreading the word. DO NOT buy from here. If you decide to come anyway, ask for Steffone again, he was the best first impression. He needs to be a manager, maybe this place would run better. More

I was very pleased with my 2022 Telluride purchase. As I live in Savannah I dealt with Rianna mostly over the phone and the process was very smooth. This was the fastest easiest car buying experience ever. I have been looking for almost 2 years to find a new car. Which means multiple dealerships and lots of headaches. Saw the car, price was exactly what it should be, they handled the financing with our bank for an amazing rate and we were out the door in about an hour and a half. Do yourself a favor and go here.
