I came to pick up the car I had been talking to the salesperson about for a week. I was 4 hrs away and he knew I was coming that day to get the car. I got there and it was dirty, the service light was salesperson about for a week. I was 4 hrs away and he knew I was coming that day to get the car. I got there and it was dirty, the service light was on and the drivers external door handle was broken. I then had to wait for hours after signing to get it detailed, serviced and the door fixed. The only thing that may have gotten done was the oil change. The car still has trash in the trunk. I couldn’t wait any longer and had to go home (4hr) drive. A $35,000+ car that I couldn’t open the door on the outside. They said just take it to the local bmw dealer. I had to wait for over 2 weeks for an appointment. Still don’t have the car back from trying to fix the problems. What a scam. I should have never accepted the car. More

Felt tricked into buying a sort of warranty that ended up not being any warranty. It was supposed to handle paint and scrathes on rims. They purposely didn't itemize or discuss that it optional until I saw not being any warranty. It was supposed to handle paint and scrathes on rims. Went here for the first time oil change, good service and manageable wait time. Little oil under front hood where the grill is but nothing to worry about.
