Everyone was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in. Jawon Shaw went above and beyond with helping us choose and secure the car we wanted. I was okay with the service & quick turn around time for mty car to arrive until I just got a call that my sales agent, switched my VIN numbers on my paperwork & now I have to go back & resubmit all paperwo mty car to arrive until I just got a call that my sales agent, switched my VIN numbers on my paperwork & now I have to go back & resubmit all paperwork, call & get paper work corrected & call my bank to get all loan info updated . Straight-forward experience with this dealership and the salesperson, Keneil Downer. I was already "sold" on the car I wanted but was looking for a fair deal in the current market where dealer markups have salesperson, Keneil Downer. I was already "sold" on the car I wanted but was looking for a fair deal in the current market where dealer markups have become common. I was direct with what I was looking for and Keneil quickly got back to me on the answer - it took minutes. No back and forth haggling, or misleading promises, etc. that I've experienced at many local dealerships for the same car. Based on my interaction with Keneil I was confident enough to fly in from out of state to purchase and drive my new car home.
