I was sold a car that had issues from the moment I left the lot. I was given the run around to get it fixed and basically stuck with the car. I was told the day we were to test drive this vehicle that he (dealer) needed a $1000 credit card number to hold this vehicle, because someone else might want it? I specifically explained to this dealer that he (dealer) needed a $1000 credit card number to hold this vehicle, because someone else might want it? I specifically explained to this dealer that I did not want this fee to be applied to my card and he explained that is was only a "voucher" and no money would be charged to my card. During the financial process ,I gave this dealership $5000 in cash downpayment and a $4000 trade-in. The finance manager that the $1000 holding fee was also charged to my card !!! I was very up-set and he assured me that the money would be reimbursed. It was 7-14-23 when I made this purchase and was told that it could be 7-10 business days for this transaction to occur. Today is 8-6-23 and I have been on the phone with the dealer and finance manager for one week trying to resolve this matter and I'm really not believing anything told to me will happen. I have been diligently waiting for return calls from them. More

I went into this dealership fully ready to purchase a vehicle. I had been working with Monty for several days and he had been so responsive and transparent that although it was an hour drive I decided th vehicle. I had been working with Monty for several days and he had been so responsive and transparent that although it was an hour drive I decided this was the place I wanted to buy my car after searching for over 6 months. However, there was one discrepancy with my deal which was an OPTIONAL customer service pack listed for $799. I asked Monty about removing it being that it was an “optional” package and that’s when things went left. He called over a manager named Eric, who very rudely told me that if I did not purchase the package then they would not sell me the car..I proceeded to tell him that their own fine print states that it’s optional and he once again in an extremely nasty tone repeated himself stating they will not sell the car if I opted out and got up and walked away. Up until that moment I had a pleasant experience with everyone in the building, but Eric was the one rotten apple to spoil the bunch. He should not be interacting with human beings in any capacity. I got up and left without ever even test driving or seeing the vehicle. I’d never do business with a dealership who allows someone to speak to ppl they way that man spoke to me. Monty was awesome I’d recommend working with him, but do not interact with Eric if you don’t have to and stop letting dealerships get over on you with these mark ups and overpriced packages you do not need.
