AVOID this dealership at all costs! You will get excuse after excuse why things are not done and then they still don't get it done. I am so disappointed with the service I received during the purchase of my vehicle. For starters it is hard to get anyone to call you back and when you call you get put on hold forever and then hung up on. I am told I will get a call back and I don't so I feel like I am not a priority for them. They have my money so now I go to the bottom of the list to be helped. I text with my sales agent and most of those texts go unanswered. I asked to have the car put in both mine and my husbands name but was told that it was to hard to do that and that they would have to pull credit checks (paid cash for the car) to be able to accomplish this !WHAT! I purchased my vehicle (paid cash) on Wednesday the 25th of October, it was delivered on the 1st of November and it is now the 4th of November and I still don't have my temporary tags for my vehicle (which should have been on the car before it was delivered) so it sits in my driveway undrivable. Before the car shipped I asked the sales person if everything was good to go on the car and I was told that yes everything is good and that it had EVERYTHING I needed. After the car was delivered I realized they did not send the tags with the car so I called them and they said they would overnight them to me. Okay. Two days later I still have not received the tags, so I call and they have not sent them yet. So know they tell me they are going to overnight the tags to me and send me a tracking number, well still don't have the tags and NO tracking number. So still here I wait. I asked for a tracking number for the tags multiple times and was ignored. I use my car for my business so now I am not able to make money, are they going to compensate me for the money I have lost not being able to drive? The list goes on with the runarounds that happened. The stalling of not wanting to help me. I was not treated like a customer at this dealership, I was treated like oh we have your money so now you can just wait till we have nothing else to do and then we will help you. UGH!!!!!! Please don't respond with excuses! More
Very pleasant experience overall. Skip Jackson is delightful, found answers to all my questions, and seemed genuinely pleased to be of help.
