Financing process was smooth sailing I had been browsing for a specific car online for a few weeks. When I saw similar car at ALM South, I immediately made arrangements to go in to view/purchase the vehicle. Although my experience with the actual salesperson was less than stellar, Marques is great at what he does. I got a great rate for a young, first-time car buyer. He was professional, courteous and very helpful from the time we first sat down to begin the process. He kindly handled any and all (of the many!) questions or concerns I had and helped to calm my nerves about my first big-ticket purchase. He was very nice and friendly. In addition, he was very knowledgeable about the car and the various features. Mr. Lee also was very patient with me, as I asked 1,000 and 1 questions about the car. The car is in excellent condition, everyone thinks it's brand new. Previously I had never heard of this dealership until I had done an internet search while looking for vehicles. Initially, I was a little skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from them because I had not heard of them and their prices were just too good to be true. I'm so glad I did stumble across them and did my research. I can't say enough positive things about my experience or Billy. Billy was absolutely wonderful. Very personalbe and patient. He spent a lot of time with me over the course of several days test driving several vehicles. He even drove with me to their Gwinnette location to look at a vehicle that I was interested in, and when I found the car that I was serious about, he supported my decision to have it inspected by my own shop prior to purchase. Something that I really liked & respected about Billy from the very first day that made me come back, is that even though he wanted to make a sale he never pressured me the way that other salesman have tried to pressure me in the past when purchasing a car. I found everyone at this dealership to be very friendly & accomodating. The overall car buying process was also very quick, faster than when I've purchased in the past, and they really went out of their way to work with me when it came down to the numbers.
