Daniel greeted me and my boyfriend upon entering the dealership and was very willing to let us look at and drive any car we were interested in. If he did not know the answer to any of our questions about the cars, he would find the answer instead of just making something up like a lot of salesman will. He was extremely honest about any input we asked for, and made us feel very comfortable through the entire sale. The dealership doesn't not negotiate on prices, but they do have the lowest for what your looking for around. It appeared most of the cars came from turned in leases which typically means they are dealer maintained. Daniel also was able to get us a great interest rate that even my credit union could not touch. I'd been looking for a vehicle for over 3 months, had gone to over 10 dealerships to try and find a car. I recently looked online at Autotrader, and saw some amazing deals on cars at ALM South, so I decided to check it out. Needless to say, I was SOOO impressed by the selection of cars that were available, the options, the professionalism of all the staff, and just the overall family atmosphere that welcomed me at ALM. At most dealerships, you feel like the cars salesman is just trying to make a sale, get as much as they can out of you, nickel and dime you into a car. NOT HERE. The cars salesman that work with me, Daniel Gotch really took his time with me, allowed me to test drive at least 4 cars, and was PATIENT the whole time. On top of that, he really paid attention to the details of what I was looking to find, really actually cared about me getting a car that I wanted. Talk about customer service! When it came down to closing, to tallying up all the taxes and assessing the full cost of the car, Marques Holloway was just AWESOME at helping me close the deal. He went the extra mile to make sure I saved money and made the sale happen! My overall experience was just amazing, and I look forward to bring others over to have their car needs met. She then introduced me to Marq Holloway (Finance Manager) and he gave me an interest rate the credit union couldn't beat. Needless to say they had me at Hello and a couple of hours later I drove off the lot with a super sleek G37 that was priced almost $7000.00 cheaper than the Infiniti Dealership right down the street.
