I would give it 0 stars if it was an option. ALM couldn’t find the second key or the owners manual when I purchased the telluride, but promised they would have both items the next morning. It ha ALM couldn’t find the second key or the owners manual when I purchased the telluride, but promised they would have both items the next morning. It has been 3 months since the purchase and I still haven’t received the second key or the owners manual. No one will return calls. KIA’s customer service is also worthless as all they say is “the dealership is responsible for those items” and ALM won’t return their calls either. I will never buy another vehicle from ALM or another KIA. It is baffling to me that I can’t get resolution on these two things after spending $60k on a new vehicle. More
