You guys are really hidden down there in a car lot BARELY visible from the highway! CarFax alerted us to the past accident, Billy clearly explained the minor nature of it, and exactly where, and how Honda repaired it. Shocked with the entire vehicle's spotless condition, I took a hefty test drive to get the true feel of this 2010 Accord. This car was going to be for my step-son, so he and his mom joined me after 5:30. Their test drive sealed the deal. This car looked like it was still in the Honda showroom inside and out! As the night wore on, financing was arranged, multiple insurance binder communication delays, trouble verifying our sons new address, etc., the closing time of 7 PM came and went. FINALLY, everything came together with the assistance of almost the whole crew to make Dan's dream come true that evening. The courtesy, professionalism, and overall quality of their inventory certainly set Billy, and this great staff, apart from ANY DEALER experience to date! When we need to upgrade our vehicles, my wife and I will START at Georgia Best Motors. It'll save a lot of wasted time sorting through overpriced, sketchy vehicles which look great in pictures, but up close, were well worn and abused. Not to mention the typical used car HYPE! I purchased a 2011 White Nissan Altima 3.5 SR. It was exactly as it appeared on their website, and as described by Craig, the salesperson I dealt with. I was coming from out of town, and though I didnt end up needing it, the salesman offered to pick me up locally once my train arrived. Once there, the test drive was excellent, the paperwork process was painless, and they followed through with my tag/title paperwork promptly (this review is from a purchase 25 days ago). The car was super clean when I picked it up and I left the purchase with not a trace of buyers remorse. Not only did I have no issue, but this was the most painless and the friendliest car buying experience I have ever had (this is my 4th car purchase in 3 years). Overall... a five star experience. Words cannot describe how great Billy was at helping me with my purchase! Buying another car was already a sensitive subject, considering the fact that I'd recently totaled my car that I had so much sentim with my purchase! The moment I arrived at the lot and got out of the car Billy greeted me with THE coolest personality and after dealing with so many rude salesmen,it was very much needed! I let him knew exactly which car it was that I was looking for (because,I had already had done my homework prior to leaving Memphis) and not once did he ever try sell me anything that I did not want. Instead, he went above and beyond to get me the car that I wanted at a fair price that I could afford and for that I am truly grateful. I would definitely recommend GBM to anyone I know...and if I should ever encounter another deer and total my car again,I know exactly where to go! The day I contacted GBM I never expected the type of customer service, attention and overall "we'll take care of it attitude" I was given. It was late on a Saturday night when Will called and said "I'v customer service, attention and overall "we'll take care of it attitude" I was given. It was late on a Saturday night when Will called and said "I've got you fixed up, come on out". This was overall the easiest car shopping experience I have ever had. I told him my situation, what I wanted, what I could afford, what I could put down, and he said "let me see what I can do". To me that was fair. No sugar coated dreams, no voice mails, no unanswered calls, and no BS. So that's why I'm rating Will and Billy of GBM, 5 out of 5 because they went above and beyond to get me in my new "baby" and I can't thank them enough! More

Just went here some time back. They had advertised a G37x anniversary edition for a pretty good price. Called to let them know I was coming. Once I reached there, I took it for a test drive and while doing t anniversary edition for a pretty good price. Called to let them know I was coming. Once I reached there, I took it for a test drive and while doing that wife looked up Anniversary edition features and we realized the anniversary edition G37 come with red accents on interior leather and graphite exterior color. This car was all black inside and outside. Once we got back after the drive, I asked for a reduced price. Craig said they don't negotiate and pretty much what I saw on CarGuru is what I'll have to pay. That is fine with me. It is your policy and I respect that. So I ask for a rough estimate for my coupe trade in and he gives me a ball park estimate. So I politely let him know that I will leave and let him know. But no, Craig wants to know why I won't buy the car. Is it price? yes I said its price. So he says this is the strongest price online in a 100 miles. I agree. But then I am also not looking at Nav and AWD etc. So even if a lesser equipped model shows up for slightly smaller price, it may work for me. So I let him know that. So then he proceeds to tell me that it is not price that is my problem and wants to know what else is a problem. Ok if you want to be pushy, then that is fine. But I will decide what is mjy problem and what is not my problem. I don't need Craig to teach me that. At this point I also mentioned to him that I am worried why the car is black all over when it is an Anniversary model which is supposedly all gray. Now apparently he couldn't stand it that I doubted the history of the car I WAS CONSIDERING BUYING. So he asks if I doubt it even if Carfax and Auto Check are ok. Hello yes I do. Infiniti review says specifically all anniversary models were graphite with interior red accents and this is jet black. I am about to spend money on it. It is natural for me to express a concern I have about the car. That is it. There are many ways one can respond to such a concern or just shut up and let me speak further or lookup my source (Edmunds review) and get back. Instead he literally stops discussion and shakes hand and let me out. Hello I am the one buying the car. You may sell hundreds of cars per day. I don't care. When I put money for a car, I want to take my time and be 100% sure that the car is fine. Craig could have just told me to verify it instead of being rude. Its not like I questioned his integrity. I had a legitimate concern about the car being all black despite showing as an anniversary edition (the obvious doubt being about a paint job) and it may have had work done prior to GBM acquired it. No need to be rude about it. More
