Superb Teamwork and Awesome Internet Buying Experience I'm from the DC Area and searched weeks, up and down the east coast for a Loaded Nissan Frontier 4X4. I found a few but ALM South won me over with their genuine customer service. Mr. Mike Barnes was my initial salesman and he was very easy going, not pushy and answered all my questions. During the course of my deal, I spoke to and dealt with 4 or 5 staff members and each one was extremely attentive. I had my brother (who lives in Atlanta) visit the dealership to test drive and inspect the truck. Mr. Jeremy Long took my brother (while I was on the phone) for a spin and went over every aspect of the truck. As it turns out, Mr. Long would finish the deal with me on Mr. Barnes's behalf. I can't say enough about Jeremy. He contacted me multiples times a day to ensure I had all the information I needed to close the deal. Jeremy even oversaw the pickup and shipment of my truck to DC, checking with me on its arrival, to ensuring I was happy with my purchase the day it arrived. ALM South is the Best in the South!!!
