I'd been looking for a vehicle for over 3 months, had gone to over 10 dealerships to try and find a car. I recently looked online at Autotrader, and saw some amazing deals on cars at ALM South, so I decided to check it out. Needless to say, I was SOOO impressed by the selection of cars that were available, the options, the professionalism of all the staff, and just the overall family atmosphere that welcomed me at ALM. At most dealerships, you feel like the cars salesman is just trying to make a sale, get as much as they can out of you, nickel and dime you into a car. NOT HERE. The cars salesman that work with me, Daniel Gotch really took his time with me, allowed me to test drive at least 4 cars, and was PATIENT the whole time. On top of that, he really paid attention to the details of what I was looking to find, really actually cared about me getting a car that I wanted. Talk about customer service! When it came down to closing, to tallying up all the taxes and assessing the full cost of the car, Marques Holloway was just AWESOME at helping me close the deal. He went the extra mile to make sure I saved money and made the sale happen! My overall experience was just amazing, and I look forward to bring others over to have their car needs met. Just a SUPERB experience! More

Financing process was smooth sailing I had been browsing for a specific car online for a few weeks. I had originally made plans with another dealer to have my choice of car shipped to me, I had been browsing for a specific car online for a few weeks. I had originally made plans with another dealer to have my choice of car shipped to me, but, unfortunately, the deal fell through on the dealer's part, at the last minute. When I saw similar car at ALM South, I immediately made arrangements to go in to view/purchase the vehicle. Although my experience with the actual salesperson was less than stellar, Marques is great at what he does. I got a great rate for a young, first-time car buyer. He was professional, courteous and very helpful from the time we first sat down to begin the process. He kindly handled any and all (of the many!) questions or concerns I had and helped to calm my nerves about my first big-ticket purchase.
