Marshall Litfield worked with me through the entire transaction and has been very helpful. He provided the answers I needed to make a long drive to look at the vehicle. We found that the vehicle was accurately described and in excellent condition. ALM did a great job of preparing the vehicle and had even changed the oil. Marshall gave us all the time we needed to check everything out and helped us get familiar with its features. I have been well pleased with the entire transaction. I spoke with marshall night before going to the dealership in the morning, he assured me both cars were available. so i made a 40 miles drive from gwinnett to union city. After i arrived there they said the first car was sold and the second car was also sold. I waited 30 min for them to play their car finding games. At the end they show me a car with higher price and more mileage. Very bad service and no one was apologetic about the incident. They are false advertizing these cars to get people into the dealership just to show them other cars. More

Very Positive Experience - No Haggle Marshall Litfield took my initial call and answered questions. He had the car I was interested in pulled in front and waiting for me when I arrived. I had researched Infiniti models for weeks, and the price they had advertised was thousands below anything else I could find. They did not try to up the price or add anything on the super low price. They were also fair with my trade. Nate McAlister came by a couple times to thank me for my business. On the financing side, Will Green got me a good rate and helped me understand the extended warranty options (which I added). My daughter was prepared to play "bad cop" if we had to really negotiate, but the process was so smooth, I didn't even ask for any adjustment on the trade value. There was no back-and-forth or any "let me talk to my sales manager" or any of the other dreaded BS that happens at some dealerships. The team was professional, treated me and my daughter with extreme respect and were very pleasant throughout the process. The deal I got on the car was simply amazing...no one would ever believe I paid so little and got such an awesome ride! More

Buyer Beware! Shady and Poor Customer Service I purchased a 2011 Audi A8L from ALM South on 12/03. My initial experience with Tyrone and Nate was very positive. I had a test drive with Tyrone on I purchased a 2011 Audi A8L from ALM South on 12/03. My initial experience with Tyrone and Nate was very positive. I had a test drive with Tyrone on 12/02 where I communicated I was experiencing a vibration in the steering wheel and also checked the media player with a DVD he supplied. We determined that the changer located in the glove had an issue and wouldn't display. Ty said would have the service department check out and they conveyed was the lane assist and was an alert to driver to stay in his lane. I assured that each time I felt this, there shouldn't have been an alert. He also conveyed that nothing they could do on the Media (DVD) (understood). Prior to my purchase on 12/03, I told Ty along with Will Green (during signing of paperwork) that I hadn't had anyone to check out the vehicle as I was just getting back into town from the holidays. Ty assured me that anything found, they would work with me to resolve. Upon purchase, I took home and the next morning the car was completely dead. I immediately called Ty and he instantly said it's the battery (led me to think that had to notice this while vehicle on lot). I jumped the car and told Ty would have this checked by Audi during the inspection and let him know. He said they would replace if battery was faulty. Upon getting results of inspection, I contacted Ty as there were a few issues found. I really felt relieved as they appeared to be minor issues along with ones that I had pointed out. They were: (1) Battery Faulty, (2) Adaptive Cruise Control ($340) & (3) A Hard Fault for Rear Media Input ($135 Diagnostic) which throws a red warning light. I contacted Ty who asked me to bring in to have battery replaced and look at other issues. They replaced the battery and told me nothing could be done about the other two. I immediately requested to speak with the manager and was given contact info for Randy Hicks. I wrote him and explained the situation to ask that the dealership at least assist in the repairs. This is where my experience turned sour! He communicated that purchase was As Is and he was aware of everything regarding my purchase. He stated that I had someone to check out the vehicle (I didn't) prior to delivery and that these things weren't pointed out prior to sale. He conveyed that no additional "Goodwill" will be extended to you and closed communication. He asked what did I expect him to do? His conversation over the phone and the written communication were very poor and I will definitely NOT patronize this dealership anymore that completely disregards the care of their customer after the sale... (As a side note, no financing/haggle, etc. was needed from them as I came with check in hand and wrote out to dealership). More

Bottom line I was pleased and Janice Frazier is a pleasure to do business with. After I got the car home I noticed some scratches on the windshield which was causing a bad glare at night time. That is where Marshall Litfield comes into the picture. Marshall worked with me and his boss to approve a new windshield installed by any glass company of my choice within the reasonable estimated cost of a newly installed windshield. The glass company came to my job and installed a new windshield including a great warranty. I can now see clearly and am very pleased. Marshall Litfield is a true Pro at what he does, and I truly believe he cares that the customer comes first and is taken care of. I would like to also add that Marshall Litfield is a gentleman and am very happy that I have got to know him. I will definitely consider my future auto purchases at ALM South. More
