Best day ever My experience with ALM South was amazing. Jeremy and Nate went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I had been to several other dealerships and had terrible experiences and almost gave up. So glad I didn't, I love my Honda Accord Coupe. Will Green in Finance took time to go over every thing with me. He is knowledgeable and so nice. And he got me a great rate. All the staff was friendly and the all the cars I saw on the lot were in excellent condition. My car was Detailed and ready when I got to the lot to finish the deal. I will Definitively be coming back for my next car and will refer my friends and family to Jeremy. Thanks again Jeremy!!! If you ever need ride just give me a call buddy More

The staff was very friendly. The dealership was well maintained and comfortable. The car buying experience can be long and I was very comfortable. Flood Vehicles? Involved in Wrecks and Rust. Not Safe. Drove to Georgia to make the purchase. Had to leave a nonrefundable deposit on truck. Got there and seen it was misreprented in many ways. Even though they stated to me the seats were perfect. But that was the least of my worries. They stated their service dept went through this vehicle and made all necessary repairs. Service tech must be blind. The power window did not work even though advertised as having power windows. Sales manager claimed someone there was sitting on the door and must have been on the power window button burning up the motor. So why is someone sitting on the door in the first place? Then they stated it has power windows but that doesnt mean they have to be working., they advertise like that all the time. Really? So on my way back home, the low coolant light came on. Filled it up and back on road. Then the check engine light came on. Got home and the next morning there was coolant all over the driveway. Took it to a real service tech. Bad water pump. Bad alternator belt. Bad A/C belt. Check engine light showed 2 pages of possible problems. But then the biggie. The engine sounded as if it had bad gas in it. Tech told me that Chevrolets had a part on it that when it gets wet, it will sound like that. this part was in the engine area. He would not state 'FLOOD VEHICLE" but did say it should be obvious as to why there was water in the engine. And there was rust issues as well. Contacted ALM and they stated "you passed up on the extended warranty". Really? Well if this vehicle went through an inspection and they stated everything was fixed, then why am I having problems. Shouldnt need an exteded warranty for problems that were supposed to be addressed before the purchase. They stated that it was now my problem, not theres. I could go on forever with problems i had with this vehicle and ALM. But not worth my time. I will mention one other fact,. I called the finance dept because I overpaid by $100. Needed to know where my refund was at. He thought he put me on hold. He made a few comments about me. When I asked what he said, he started laughing and said "I was just thinking out loud". Yea I heard you idiot. He stated "you should be happy I am even helping you". What a bunch of idiots. They kept telling me I got a great deal and should be happy. Yea well how is it a great deal when the truck had been wrecked (found that out later), possibly flooded, and a rust bucket. Not to mention putting another $5,000 in it. Yea that was a great deal. Stay away from these idiots. I will continue posting until my fingers bleed. Everyone needs to know who these people are. More

He was very attentive to what we wanted, he listened to everything that we said we were interested in, he was not pushy, personally I don't like pushy car salesmen/women. we like to look around and not feel like we are being pressured to buy. Norris was just the perfect guy for us as far as we are concerned. He found us the Camero of our dreams. he even went to your sister store in Duluth to pick it up for us. that right there says the drive that Norris has to make someone happy! he went above and beyond and we wish him the best year ever selling cars for ALM. We would def recommend ALM to anyone that is looking, BUT we would only tell them to talk to Norris! and we hope that Will is there that day to CLOSE THE DEAL!
