Buyer Beware Check EVERYTHING in Vehicle We purchased a 2011 Infinity M37X from ALM South on 8/24/2014. While our initial experience was positive, our experience after the sale has been disap We purchased a 2011 Infinity M37X from ALM South on 8/24/2014. While our initial experience was positive, our experience after the sale has been disappointing at best. This dealership only cares about the almighty dollar and not the satisfaction of the customer. Our car had no Floor Mats and No Owners Manual and a Non functioning Key Fob as well as the car had not been cleaned. When we called about these issues we were assured by the sales person that ALM would make it right. We called the dealership and spoke with the Finance Manager and he told us that we had signed an accessory form stating that floor mats and owners manuals may be missing from the vehicle. We did not have a copy of such a form. Instead of spending $135 to make our purchase complete they chose to ignore our calls. My take on our experience is one of a lesson learned that you get what you pay for.....We will definitely buy our next vehicle from a reputable dealership that cares about their customers after the sale. More

Got just what I wanted So my lease was up and I was just browsing in alm's lot and saleswoman, Ms. Janice, joined me and showed me my dream car. I had a 2011 Altima coupe wi So my lease was up and I was just browsing in alm's lot and saleswoman, Ms. Janice, joined me and showed me my dream car. I had a 2011 Altima coupe with a rearview camera and sunroof and I at least wanted my upgrade to have those features. So I was half-heartedly looking to buy an Altima sedan but was not impressed, at all, by how they looked. So Janice asked me, "what do you want?" And I pointed to the Maxima, which I knew was, surely, out of my price range, not to mention with those added options that were a must for me. Janice showed and sold me a beautiful black crimson Maxima, that not only had the two features that were on my leased vehicle but this Maxima also had leather interior, wood grain on the console, and a navigation system. She was able to work with the finance manager to get it in my price range. And she have me fruit snacks! I left a very happy customer. I was sold my perfect upgrade. More

They were very friendly too. However, when we went to the South location, we were impressed with their inventory too. Daniel, our salesman, was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.
