Did not feel pressured during negotiations and everyone was very patient while I conferred with my wife. Cleo Ricks handled the closing and couldn't ask to end the deal with a more pleasant individual. Heck, I didn't even feel like throwing up when my wife wrote the check so it must have been a good experience. Will definitely revisit this dealership when considering future auto purchases. I was looking specifically at 3 different models and ALM South had some variation of them all. It was easy to do all the research and then check out all 3 same day. Kelvin was extremely helpful and patient and Cleo got me an awesome rate. The BMW X5 I got was top notch and super clean car. If you are looking for a good deal on a luxury vehicle then ALM South is the place to come. I live one hour North of the dealership and it was well worth the ATL traffic hassle! Thanks !!!! More
