NO NO NO NO!!!!! Sales manager Andrew must have wanted the vehicle I was looking at worse than me!! After being told that I could come up to ALM ( 4 1/2 hrs away!!!!) Sales manager Andrew must have wanted the vehicle I was looking at worse than me!! After being told that I could come up to ALM ( 4 1/2 hrs away!!!!) and put $500 down and they could hold the vehicle for 2 weeks until I came back in to pay the rest in cash ; I was very unhappy to be told something totally different when I arrived. I'm told that when I get there that for $500 down that they could hold the vehicle for 5 days. I would have waited and saved the gas and time knowing the real deal. Also noteworthy is the lack of flexibility on price even when paying in cash. I did have some very helpful salesmen but what can they do when the sales manager has the final say so.Last but not least having a dead battery in the vehicle i was going to test drive put the nail in the coffin for me!! More

Exceptional service I was in the beginning stage of purchasing a vehicle, had a not so good experience at the honda dealership further down the road. So on my way home I I was in the beginning stage of purchasing a vehicle, had a not so good experience at the honda dealership further down the road. So on my way home I remembered reading some good reviews on almsouth, so I decided to check it out myself. I was approached by Winston who was able to answer some questions about some honda accords. I wasnt really ready to purchase a vehicle at that moment but because of his professional approach and great sales ethics I ended up purchasing a honda accord the same day and one for my wife a few days afterwards.Thank you Winston for your great service. Excellent dealership. We had decided on the car we wanted. Looked thru a ton of online ads. Unbelievable! If this wasn't the only place that had the car I was looking for I would have never went there. I asked the salesman to have all the paperwork ready and have the car cleaned and gassed up before I arrived in about an hour. When I got there, nothing was ready. Took 3 hours to buy a car that ALM didn't even have to finance. Once it was detailed we went across the street so the salesman could gas it up. After $15 went in the tank he stopped and said, "WE ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO PUT $15 IN." Are you xxxxing kidding me! Don't waste your time with this fly by night company. I have bought over 30 cars in my life and this is on the top 5 worst buying experinces ever. More
