Very attentive to all my needs I walked in not knowing I would be an owner to a 2012 Dodge Charger. Overall as a whole I was satified. Want to thank KC, Miguel and Kareny for there time and extra help in me getting the vehicle I wanted.The only disappointment was when I found a nail i Want to thank KC, Miguel and Kareny for there time and extra help in me getting the vehicle I wanted.The only disappointment was when I found a nail in tire and the options I had, Leave vehicle and come back Monday, this was on a Sat. drive on it at my own risk. I requested that the spare tire be put on and they did after about 2 hours. One options should be to let customer repair tire and ALM re-imburst since I live over a hundred miles away. More

We were made to wait for hours for a ridiculous amount of time after testing the vehicle. Finally talked to a Finance guy who took our money. Made to wait again, apparently there were several cars ahead of us being detailed. Thereafter, we were told there was a problem w/ the car. They offered us solutions, but NONE worked for us since we weren't local & had to go back OR pay for the labor for something their Auto techs should've known before putting it on the lot. How ironic that as we were heading home, we had a BMW in front of us w/ no tail or brake lights. It was about 8pm, so it's pretty dark by then. Guess the name of the new dealer sticker these people bought their Beemer from.... ta da... ALM! Thank goodness we didn't go thru w/ the deal; probably would've been stuck w/ a LEMON. More
