Throughout the negotiating process, Omari answered all of our questions. After purchasing my car, Kareny took her time to explain all of the feature in my vehicle. She made sure that my bluetooth and XM radio were set up before I left the parkiing lot. When my new tag arrived, several weeks later, I had a difficult time installing it. I returned to the dealership and Antonio (delivery specialist) immediately installed my tag and replaced all of my screws. The customer service I received was great. More

Mike saved this deal. Our original salesman was Winston but he had better things to do since he ditched us the moment we got back from the test drive of the first vehicle. Our original salesman was Winston but he had better things to do since he ditched us the moment we got back from the test drive of the first vehicle. For starters he never gave us a walk around of the car, then chatted on the phone during our test drive. We got back and wanted to look at the other car we had our eye on so he said "It's unlocked" then he disappeared. Mike took over from there and he was exceptional. If it wasn't for Mike we would have bought elsewhere. He salvaged this deal and I would recommend him to anyone. More
