I honest had no intention of purchasing a vehicle today, I was looking so I could go home and tell my husband what I liked. Jay showed me several cars and help me narrow it down to what I really wanted. He explained the entire process so I could understand exactly what I was doing. It was like we already knew each other...like I was his Mom. Then he handed me over to Shannon, who made the finance part painless. Shannon was extremely knowledgeable about the finances and walked me thru this step by step. Shannon took the time to explained every detail of my financing no matter how many questions I asked. Then he turned me over to Jawon. WOW,,,Jawon literally walked me thru every detail on my new vehicle. Explained every bell and whistle on my vehicle and even showed me many things I had no idea what it was. He even synced my phone to my new vehicle. I had no idea that I had so many options with my vehicle. These 2 guys are ALM South's DREAM TEAM and now they are my DREA TEAM!!!! They all made buying experience WONDERFUL. I felt extremely comfortable buying this vehicle alone. My DREAM TEAM can beat your dream team!!! More

Very nice people, but not very honest. My truck was not detailed despite my $600 Doc fee. Also, was lied to about my oil change. Truck was only filled half way, was promised a full tank. Don't waste your time!! Drove 7 hrs round trip for a vehicle they had on the lot. The sales rep knew I'd be arriving there and the car was on the lot. We went to go get the c Drove 7 hrs round trip for a vehicle they had on the lot. The sales rep knew I'd be arriving there and the car was on the lot. We went to go get the car for a test drive and the battery is dead. Not just needs a little jump, but a completely shot battery. It had 4volts. I know they have 100s of car but this is something they should have seen before putting it on the lot. (That's part of the xx $500 delivery fee for them to get the car ready to sell). They tried a jump box and it didn't work, they then went to get cables. The cables they came out with were such garbage half the wires were broken and smoked as soon as we tried to jump it. They sales rep had to have his own personal jumper cables brought to the lot for use to use. I let them appraise my trade as we try to get this car to start for an hour and a half. He comes back tells us one number for my trade outside. So we test drive the car. Has a broke sunroof in a Audi. Big $$ to have a dealer fix that. But I'm still willing to make a deal with knowing that. We go inside and they say you seen it on the Internet so we will will stand by that price. Ahh no crap you will, they act like they are doing you a favor by keeping their listed price. They still have my keys from appraising my car. I ask for my keys. Because outside is was 2 sales reps now inside just one. Then they hit me with trade appraise that's 2/3k less than ruff trade book value and expected me to pay them full retail on there's that's broke. My vehicle isn't perfect but it books average trade. Not 2/3k less than ruff. I told him to go get my keys and go back to his "sales manager" and ask xxx happen to the trade value they gave us outside as we spent our time getting their car to start. He said the guy miss spoke but they give me the same low ball trade price and give me a battery. Are they crazy!!! Going to act as if the battery wasn't going to get fixed! The battery is shot is took 1.5 hrs just to crank it. Not once did they get their mechanic outside to swap the battery. DO NOT USE THIS STEALERSHIP!!!! I had to ask for my keys 4 times. They try to trap you at their tables. I was coming to make a fair deal trade value for their retail value which is way wrong when their car has multiply issues. All I got is 1.5 of waiting to jump the battery to test drive a car and some clown holding my keys hostage. 50k check in hand to buy a vehicle that day and I'll I got was my time waste by these crooks. More

I didn't make it easy and at one time I was thinking there was no way he was going to be able to match what I was asking, but he came back with the deal and everything I asked. So LT thanks for your hard work, and staying with it to help me out of the mess I was in. I would recommend this guy to anyone. More
