I ended up running a little late and called to make sure they knew I was on my way. When arrived Natalia introduced to me to JT and we proceeded to look at and drive the vehicle. We looked at a few others but the one I came to look at was the truck i decided to go with. JT was great through the entire process. He had patience and worked through the entire process professionally. We were to speak to Andrew and work the numbers to a point that they were good for both of us. I feel like I received the best deal that I could have and commend them for their honesty and hard work to put the deal together. I was able to ring the gong once we had completed the purchase. The truck was taken to the where Jawon had it cleaned and prepared for delivery. Jawon escorted to the truck and provided a step by step walk through of how everything worked he connected my phone and demonstrated the features of the phone and the blue tooth system capability. The entire experience was top notch and professional! The staff was great! Even the staff that I was not working with greeted me and spoke any chance they could. ALM will be the first place I look when it comes time for my next purchase! More

Also, Antonio was helpful during the follow-up process with making sure I knew how to work everything in my car. I would buy another car from here. More
They could use a better finance manager I applied for a vehicle around May 4, 2016. It is now May 20th and although i've been approved, I have yet to pick up a vehicle. The issue isn't the vehicle the issues are the misleading information from the finance department to the salesman. To my understand the finance manager is "new" and has his own way of doing things however I've made my deposit and I've been prepared to purchase since the day we walked into the dealership. No matter car I've selected from $14,500-$21,900 I've been told I have to put down 15% of the purchase price BEFORE fees. This means the deposit would rang from $2,025-$3,000 or more. However I went from a 2013 vehicle for $21,900 to a 2011 for $13,500 and the kept quoting me 15% as being $3,000 for a deposit. I was clear that my deposit could not exceed $2,000. This was supposedly not a problem. So needless to say, it is been over 21 days and I have not picked up a car yet they have part of my deposit. Everytime they call me it is something different. The lack of consideration and poor and inaccurate communication has led me to rate this place as a "1 star" and unless you have a significant amount of cash or stellar credit I would not visit this place. Yes the salesman was nice and very helpful but that doesn't make up for time, energy and emotions. More

Purchase experience I had an exicellent experience during my purchase at ALM. From the time I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile and a very patient and he I had an exicellent experience during my purchase at ALM. WARNING: Bait and switch I drove to the dealer to look at a 2013 Ford Explorer Stock # GDB50187. The salesman went to get the key and show me the car. After wandering the yard I drove to the dealer to look at a 2013 Ford Explorer Stock # GDB50187. The salesman went to get the key and show me the car. After wandering the yard, he informed me that the car we were to look at was sold. He showed me another Explorer BUT at $5000.00 more money. The one I wanted is still on their web sight for sale as of 8 days later. BAIT and SWITCH at its best. Also the slick salesman questioned why I wanted an Explorer for a college student, and tried very hard to switch me to a sedan "where he could save me a lot of money". More

He went over and above the call of duty to get my new car delivered to my house. The manager Jay Poke really worked hard to earn my business and it paid off. Jay was very professional and easy to work with. Janice Frazier in finance is the best. She finished my deal up in no time and made the whole experience so pleasant. At the end Antonio Brownlee actually sat inside the vehicle and covered all the features with me and set up XM Radio. I've never had that happen before when purchasing a vehicle. I'd absolutely come back and definitely recommend ALM to others. The vehicles on the website matched what I saw in person and that was important. My only critique would be that some employees are dressed way too 'down' for my taste for a luxury dealership. I would've selected a different salesperson had mine not been in professional attire. More
